The bill, in one line
The bill itself is simple: consultation, medication, supplies, shipping and the labs a GLP-1 clinician asks for all sit inside one figure that does not rise with the dose. The two things to price in are the 28-day cycle, which means thirteen charges a year, and the fact that the advertised $159 needs $954 paid in one go.
A bilingual cash-pay telehealth service that sells two things on two different price structures. The GLP-1 program has compounded semaglutide as a weekly injection or a daily dissolving tablet and compounded tirzepatide as a weekly injection, each on a three-rung ladder. A wellness program sells NAD+, glutathione, sermorelin and four non-peptide preparations at a single flat price, with no ladder at all. Insurance is not billed, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted as a way to pay.
The number on the pricing page, "From $159 per 4 weeks", differs from what a buyer who commits to nothing pays, because it is the 24-week rung. Without a commitment, semaglutide is $199 every four weeks, tirzepatide $269 and the oral tablet $249, and the price-by-dose table prints each of those unchanged at every level from the starting dose to the top one. The cycle is 28 days, and the seller says so in plain words: "Four weeks is 28 days, not a calendar month." That turns $199 into thirteen charges and $2,587 a year, or about $216 a calendar month. Two other pages then undo the clarity by writing four-week figures as "/mo", so a reader comparing against a truly monthly seller should do the conversion rather than trust the label. The wellness side is one figure for everything: NAD+ in any of its three forms, glutathione and sermorelin are each $229 every four weeks. The peptide and sermorelin pages print that figure under the heading "Founder's pricing", with no date on which it ends.

- Prepaying is optional and it genuinely lowers the rate. Semaglutide is $507 for 12 weeks or $954 for 24, which the page itself prices as saving $90 and $240 against paying every four weeks; tirzepatide is $699 or $1,350, and the tablet $687 or $1,290. The medication still arrives every four weeks, and the pharmacy FAQ is explicit that paying for 24 weeks does not extend how long an opened vial lasts. The wellness preparations have no prepaid option.

- Future renewals can be stopped with no cancellation charge, but the request has to reach care@remevihealth.com at least 72 hours before the billing date. Miss that window and the next cycle is billed, with the cancellation taking effect after it; the policy also mentions a process in the online account "if applicable". Money comes back in three situations: within 72 hours of signing up if no service has been given, in full after a medical disqualification, and for unshipped four-week blocks of a 12- or 24-week plan. On the pay-as-you-go plan, the current cycle and earlier ones are not refunded. Separately, a results guarantee reimburses the medication cost if you follow the plan and still lose less than 5% of your starting weight.

- Shipping is included, with no separate charge on either program, and the GLP-1 medication is sent in four-week cycles whichever plan you pay for. The site publishes its own dispatch figures, a median of 3.6 days from payment to shipment across 33 orders. Elsewhere it quotes three to five business days to dispatch after approval, followed by two-day delivery. Supplies are included where the preparation needs them.
