Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for lab work, so none is counted.

The bill, in one line

Each of the four injections has a single monthly price that the seller says holds at every dose, and nothing is added for membership, consultation or shipping. The figures you need to confirm are NAD+, which two of the seller's own pages price $30 apart, and the renewal amount on the weight-loss plans, which two shopping pages describe differently from the product pages.

Renlo Health is a cash-pay telehealth platform that sells four compounded injections: NAD+ and glutathione as longevity treatments, and semaglutide and tirzepatide for weight loss. Each is sold as a monthly subscription with medication, supplies, the provider review, shipping and care-team messaging bundled into one price. A provider group in Seattle prescribes, and a named 503A pharmacy in Houston fills the orders.

The seller's own figures for NAD+ disagree. The product page bills $179 a month, "Billed monthly. Cancel anytime, no fee." The NAD+ cost guide and the state location pages print $149 a month instead, with $119 on a three-month plan. The receipt on this page uses $179, the higher of the two, because that is the page you check out from. Glutathione is $129 a month on its product page, its cost guide and the location pages alike. Semaglutide is $199 a month against a struck-through $299, and tirzepatide is $269 against $399. Every product page repeats its price at the starting, mid and higher dose. No product page prints a dose, a vial size or a volume, so the cost of a milligram cannot be worked out for any of the four. Two weight-loss pages written for shopping ads tell a different story. They call $199 and $269 a limited-time first month, followed by $299 and $399. The product pages show no such step-up, so confirm the renewal amount before you pay. A $50 code for the first order is advertised on every page and is not part of the monthly rate.

Every price, in the seller’s own unit

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print

Prepay
Nothing has to be paid in advance; every product page bills one month at a time. A three-month rate is the other published option, but it appears only on the cost guides and location pages: $119 for NAD+, $99 for glutathione, $159 for semaglutide and $233 for tirzepatide. No product page offers it, and none says how it is billed, so ask before you count on it. You are not charged at all until a provider approves treatment.
Cancellation
A subscription can be paused or canceled in your account, through the patient portal, at any time before the next shipment, with no cancellation fee. A change requested through customer service instead has to arrive at least three business days before the renewal date. If a provider decides treatment is not appropriate, you are not charged, or you are refunded in full. Otherwise the refund policy says all sales are final. Its four-month money-back guarantee covers weight-management programs only, needs two verified scale weights, and pays out only if you lose less than two percent. The NAD+ and glutathione pages also show a four-month guarantee badge, but the written guarantee does not mention either product.
Shipping
Shipping is included in the price, and orders go by two-day air, usually within one to three business days of the clinician's review. Medication that needs refrigeration travels in insulated packaging with ice packs. Renlo ships to all 50 states but not to post office boxes or military addresses, and a package refused or returned for a wrong address may carry an extra shipping charge.
