The FAQ lists regular amounts of $249 for semaglutide injections, $399 for tirzepatide injections and $329 for semaglutide tablets. A $179 first-month semaglutide code differs from the regular bill. The lower headline can also refer to a longer prepaid plan. The cancellation agreement states that ongoing plans continue every four weeks. That produces thirteen charges in a 52-week year, rather than twelve. The calendar-month equivalents are $269.75, $432.25 and about $356.42 respectively, calculated from the advertised amounts. They are comparison arithmetic, not replacement seller quotes. The $39 initial consultation is credited to an approved plan; it must not be counted twice.

- Three-, six- and twelve-month prepayment options are described as reducing the monthly equivalent. The public headline alone does not establish each upfront total. Request the payment schedule, supplied quantity and shipment dates for the selected plan. For a prepaid cancellation, the policy says shipments not yet sent are refunded. A longer plan should be compared by its actual cash commitment as well as its advertised average.

Do not assume the guarantee is an unconditional refund without those checks. If no prescription is approved, the consultation payment is refunded.

Damaged or incorrect medication should be reported promptly; the policy promises pharmacy replacement. A historical Triad Rx warning was closed by FDA in 2023, when sterile production was described as ceased. That record does not establish which pharmacy handles a current order.
