Trellis Vitality is a cash-pay longevity telehealth that prescribes compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, NAD+ and glutathione injections after an online assessment. It names its compounding pharmacy, VialsRX in Houston, on its own pages. It also lists compounded tesamorelin, which this site does not cover.
