The bill, in one line
The first month of semaglutide is $125 for four weekly shots. Each later month costs more, up to $395 at the maintenance dose. Nothing is refundable once a physician approves the order.
VitaStir is a Michigan injection clinic that ships self-injection HOMEKITs nationally. The shop lists 24 kits. Four are GLP-1 kits, and a fifth, a semaglutide maintenance kit, sits outside the list. The rest are NAD+, two glutathione kits, and vitamin or amino-acid shots. Every product price is a single kit, paid at checkout.
The headline and the bill differ. The two $99 kits each say "1 Week Supply" and hold one injection. A month is four injections: semaglutide $125, tirzepatide $145. Those month-one prices differ by page. The semaglutide SDV page lists month one at $185. The maintenance-kit page lists it at $121. The tirzepatide SDV page says $225. The buyable month-one kits are $125 and $145. Each month after costs more. Semaglutide climbs to $245, $295, $345, then $395. Tirzepatide climbs to $299, $399, $449, $499, then $599. Every patient must start at month one. The order form calls each month "4 injections, 28 day supply". Thirteen fills a year make month one about $135 a calendar month. The seller does not print that figure. NAD+ is $91 for a kit, marked down from $449. High-dose glutathione is $399 for 15 injections.

- Prepay
- There is no prepay and no multi-month price. Each kit is bought on its own. A subscription is optional. The refund policy says subscriptions are "billed every 25 days."
- Cancellation
- To stop a subscription, email a cancellation request with your name and date of birth. The request has to reach VitaStir before the next billing. After a charge goes through, the policy rules out both stopping and refunding it. All products are non-refundable. The one exception is a full refund if the physician does not approve you.
- Shipping
- No shipping price is printed. GLP-1 kits ship 2-day or overnight without cold packs. The standard glutathione kit is refrigerated and needs 1-3 day shipping. Delivery problems must be reported within 48 hours.
