Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for lab work or shipping, so none is counted.
The bill, in one line
The monthly figure on each Vyora product page is what the cart bills, and it renews one calendar month later rather than every four weeks. The cost to watch is on the way out, because refunds arrive as store credit and a $50 review charge comes off once a prescription is sent.
Vyora Wellness is a cash-pay online clinic that sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections or dissolvable daily tablets, next to a small longevity range. That range is sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione by injection and a GHK-Cu copper-peptide cream. Vyora takes the payment, independent clinicians managed through a network called Architek Health write the prescriptions, and the terms name VIOS Pharmacy in Michigan for pharmacy questions.
The headline holds: the figure printed on each product page is the one a cart carries, and a cart holding semaglutide showed $299.00 with only shipping left to calculate. On the longevity side, glutathione injections are $159 a month, NAD+ and sermorelin injections are $189 each, and the GHK-Cu cream is $199, sold as a single one-month supply. For weight loss, the semaglutide injection is $299 and tirzepatide $399, while the dissolvable tablets are $259 and $359. The GLP-1 product pages describe each plan as a four-week subscription, which could suggest thirteen charges a year. The cart says otherwise, showing a first renewal date exactly one calendar month after the order for every product checked. The FAQ says the injection price does not change as the dose climbs: "Your cost remains the same, even as doses change." The semaglutide page lists steps from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg and tirzepatide from 2.5 mg to 15 mg. What the money buys is less clear on the peptides, since none of the three injection pages states a vial size, strength or number of doses. The cream is labeled 0.5% GHK-Cu, but no tube or jar size appears, so a cost per milligram cannot be worked out for any of them.
Every price, in the seller’s own unit
A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Every peptide is billed monthly, and no multi-month price or bundle is offered for any of them. The two longer billing periods on the site belong to other products: a microdose tirzepatide plan at 1.5 mg charged $399 every two months, and metformin at $89 every three months. The subscription policy mentions that a pause may be available on some plans, without saying which.
- Cancellation
- Each subscription renews automatically at the frequency chosen at checkout until you stop it. You can cancel from your account or through customer support, and the terms add a phone line and say canceling carries no penalty. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and unused time is generally not refunded. Refunds are where the terms tighten. An approved refund is paid as Vyora account credit that never expires, not back to your card. The one exception is an order that no provider approves, which is refunded in full to the original payment method. Once a prescription has been approved and sent to the pharmacy, a $50 doctor review fee is taken off any credit, even if nothing has been filled or shipped yet. After the pharmacy has filled and dispensed a prescription, the order is final sale and cannot be refunded at all.
- Shipping
- Shipping is charged on top of the product price, but no amount is published anywhere, and the cart only calculates it once an address is entered. The shipping policy says monthly subscription orders ship every three weeks so the next supply arrives before the current one runs out. After approval, delivery typically takes three to ten business days, and orders ship within the United States only.

FAQ
3 questionsIs Vyora billed every four weeks or every month?
Every month. The product pages say four-week subscription, but the cart sets the first renewal one calendar month after the order.
Can I get a refund from Vyora?
Only as account credit, unless no provider approves you, in which case the full amount goes back to your card. Once a prescription is sent, $50 comes off the credit.
How much is shipping at Vyora?
It is not published. Shipping is added at checkout and only calculated after you enter an address.
