Wisp, priced

Wisp's two peptide nasal sprays show a monthly subscription price and a one-time price before any medical question. Its cream, PT-141 spray and NAD+ injection do not.

The bill, in one line

For the NAD+ and glutathione sprays the headline holds: $150 and $130 a month, billed monthly, with free shipping and the consult included. Everything else needs more trust, because the cream and PT-141 show only a starting figure and the NAD+ injection shows only its $25 consult.

Wisp is a cash-pay women's health telehealth company whose longevity shelf sells compounded NAD+ as a nasal spray or an injection, glutathione the same two ways, a GHK-Cu face and eye cream, and a PT-141 nasal solution. Its weight care sells compounded semaglutide as drops under the tongue, and brand pens through a separate $99-a-month weight-care consult with the medication billed on top.

The headline holds on the two sprays. After you choose your state on the product page, the NAD+ spray shows $150 for a one-month subscription paid every month, or $175 as a one-time order. The glutathione spray shows $130 a month on subscription, or $155 once. Both prices include the provider consult, and the pricing page says prescription care includes that fee. The glutathione injection is sold in two-month blocks: $250 every two months, which Wisp labels $125 a month, or $297.50 as a single order. The GHK-Cu cream and the PT-141 spray print only "Starting at" $102.50 and $175. Neither page says what that figure buys or how often it bills, and the plan screen opens only after a medical question. The NAD+ injection page shows a $25 consult, which is non-refundable, and says the product cost is additional and may vary. No medication price appears before the intake. The semaglutide drops are $225 a month for a bottle the page calls a 28-day supply.

Every price, in the seller’s own unit

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print

Prepay
Only the glutathione injection asks for more than one month at once, at $250 for a two-month supply. The two sprays bill one month at a time, with a one-time order beside each. The terms add a twist: a prescription subscription does not renew until you complete a renewal intake form and a clinician reviews it.
Cancellation
To stop a subscription, contact support by email at least 48 hours before the renewal date; the FAQ says later requests are not honored for that cycle, and the terms also allow the patient portal. All sales are final, and Wisp refunds only at its discretion for out-of-stock, damaged or undelivered products. If a provider declines you, the medication charge is voided within five to ten business days.
Shipping
Delivery is free, and the shipping page puts transit at three to five business days by USPS, UPS or FedEx. The semaglutide drops ship by FedEx two-day and need no refrigeration, while the glutathione spray must be kept refrigerated and used within 45 days of compounding.
