Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for membership or lab work or shipping, so none is counted.

The bill, in one line

$249 buys a month of sermorelin, on one rung. NAD+ injections are $199 for a month, though the header quotes a three-month bundle divided by three. Prescription orders are final sale and cannot be canceled once processing begins.

NuBloom is a cash-pay telehealth service for women, built around hormone therapy. Its peptide shelf is sermorelin, NAD+ by injection or nasal spray, glutathione and a GHK-Cu cream. It also sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, a microdose tirzepatide and a PT-141, tadalafil and oxytocin troche. The footer names Qualiphy as the telehealth partner it works through.

Sermorelin is $249 a month. There is one rung, and no bundle. NAD+ injections cost $199 for one month or $549 for three. The page header says "Starting at $183/month". That is $549 divided by three. A one-month buyer pays $199. Glutathione works the same way: $149 for one month, $399 for three. Its header says $133 a month, the bundle divided by three. The longevity page says $149; the gut-health page says $133. These figures differ by rung, not by product. The NAD+ nasal spray is $98 a month. The GHK-Cu cream is $199. The PT-141 troche is $149. Semaglutide is $149 a month and tirzepatide $279, both sold as month-to-month subscriptions. A 15-minute call with a NuBloom guide costs $50. It is credited toward a first eligible purchase. Nobody has to book it.

Every price, in the seller’s own unit

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print

Prepay
Three-month supplies are the other published option on NAD+ and glutathione. Each saves $48 against three single months. The bundle is priced as one total. Sermorelin, the nasal spray, GHK-Cu and both GLP-1s have no bundle. Semaglutide or tirzepatide with coaching is $599 a month, sold as a 90-day program.
Cancellation
The footer links to a page called Manage cancellation. It shows a heading and nothing else. The site publishes no cancellation steps and no notice period. Refunds are narrow. Prescription and compounded products are final sale. A prescription order cannot be canceled once processing begins. Subscription charges are not refunded once an order ships or a service period starts. Damaged or wrong orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping
No shipping price is printed for prescriptions. The pages say only that medication is shipped to your door. The free-shipping-over-$75 banner sits on the supplement shop. No delivery time is given.
