The bill, in one line
The bill is explained in more detail than most, and the tirzepatide refill is a genuine month-to-month option at one price for every dose. The catches are the entry cost, which is a prepaid starter of eight or ten weeks, and a consult fee the site prints three different ways. Once medication ships, the sale is final.
ZYP Medical, LLC is a direct-pay practice in Gretna, near Omaha, treating patients in person and by telehealth in seven states. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide by injection, a tirzepatide tablet that dissolves under the tongue, and a chewable tirzepatide tablet. Its peptide catalog adds NAD+ in four forms, sermorelin as a vial or a troche, a glutathione troche and GHK-Cu cream, each priced all-inclusive. ZYP does not dispense anything itself; 503A pharmacies compound and ship, and the weight-loss disclaimer names Strive Pharmacy.
The figures on the site's own pages differ, and the reason is the rung each one quotes. The homepage still shows $150 for semaglutide and $233 for tirzepatide, labeled as the average month of an initial three-month starter. The weight-loss page shows $160 and $225, which are the current ten-week and eight-week starters divided by months. What a new patient actually pays first is the starter, in one payment. Semaglutide is $399 for ten weeks, or $429 through Affirm. Tirzepatide is $450 for eight weeks, or $479 through Affirm, and a twelve-week version is $649. After the starter, tirzepatide can be reordered month to month at $299 for four weeks at any dose from 2.5 to 10 mg. Four-week fills come thirteen times a year, so this site ranks that refill at $324 a calendar month. Prepaying two or three months lowers the per-month cost but ties the price to your dose again. Semaglutide refills are priced by dose, because a higher weekly dose empties the vial sooner. At 0.5 to 1 mg, $350 buys ten weeks; at 2.25 to 2.5 mg, $235 buys four. The page caps any single semaglutide refill at $350. With no month-to-month plan to rank, this site keeps semaglutide on the starter, which works out to $173 a calendar month. The sublingual tirzepatide tablet is $250 for a 30-day supply. Peptide and NAD+ products are quoted all-inclusive per supply: NAD+ nasal spray from $89 a month, NAD+ capsules $109, sermorelin troche $219, glutathione troche $159. The NAD+ injection is a $179 six-week starter, then $249 billed every six weeks, about $180 a calendar month. - Prepay
- A new GLP-1 patient cannot start on a monthly refill. The first order is a starter paid in full up front: $399 for ten weeks of semaglutide or $450 for eight weeks of tirzepatide. Refill pricing requires proof of a current prescription and dose, so a patient transferring from another clinic can skip the starter by sending a pharmacy record. Tirzepatide's two- and three-month plans are prepaid options beside the month-to-month refill, and the site states that prepaid plans are final. Peptide products are sold in 30, 60 and 90-day supplies, and the NAD+ page offers one, two and three months of capsules or tablets.
- Cancellation
- Nothing auto-renews on the GLP-1 side: the month-to-month tirzepatide refill is described as no contract and no auto-renewal, so stopping means not reordering. Peptide autoship is opt-in, and the page says you cancel by contacting the clinic by phone or through the patient portal, with no cancellation fee.
