Per month: the only unit that compares
Most sellers price sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione by the month. That figure usually covers the medication for one month. It may not cover the consult.
Compare two monthly quotes at the same form. An injection and a nasal spray are different products. They are priced differently too.

Per four weeks: the thirteenth charge
25 price rows bill every four weeks. That is 13 charges a year, not 12. A typical four-week price of $199 works out to $215.58 a month.
Read the billing line, not the headline. “Monthly” sometimes means every 28 days. Brand pens are sold the same way: one Wegovy box is a 28-day supply, as the Wegovy cost guide shows.
Per vial and per milligram
Some sellers price by the vial. A vial is not a month. How long it lasts depends on the prescribed dose.

Per dose: the brand-name exception
Some brand drugs are sold by the dose. Vyleesi is one. Its label describes a single-dose autoinjector holding 1.75 mg[3].
The label says not to take more than one dose in 24 hours[3]. It says more than 8 doses a month is not recommended[3]. So a month of the brand is a count of pens. Compounded PT-141 is quoted by the month instead.

Why some peptides have no price here
Federal law limits what a pharmacy may compound from[4]. The substance needs a USP monograph, a place in an approved drug, or a spot on FDA’s list[4].
FDA extends an interim policy to substances still under evaluation, in Category 1[2]. Conditions apply[2]. That is not an approval.
MOTS-c and BPC-157 appear in none of FDA’s three 503A categories[1]. Kisspeptin sits in Category 2, substances FDA says raise significant safety risks[1]. Without a lawful pharmacy route, there is no price to publish.
Before you pay
Ask for the monthly figure at your dose. Ask how often it bills. Ask what ships with it. Then compare it to the board. The seller reviews read each seller’s fees and terms.
