The bill, in one line
Alloy quotes two charges and means both: the lowest compounded medication is $70 and the Alloy Weight Care fee is $99, so a month starts at $169.
Alloy is a cash-pay menopause clinic that added weight care to a menu of hormone, skincare, sexual health and gut treatments. Prescribing is done by menopause-trained physicians rather than a general telehealth panel, which is the thing it sells hardest. Its weight menu splits in two. Personalized Compounds covers compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections and compounded liraglutide as a daily one. The FDA-approved shelf carries the Wegovy Pen and Pill, both Zepbound presentations and the Foundayo Pill, and the terms confirm those are billed by the manufacturer pharmacy rather than by Alloy.
The advertised figure is a floor, and it is only half the bill. Compounded semaglutide reads "Starting at $70.00" for a one-month supply, tirzepatide $100.00 and liraglutide $115.00, and the sentence above the whole grid is unambiguous: "Alloy Weight Care is $99/month plus the cost of medication." On the approved shelf the Wegovy Pen starts at $199 with $499 struck through, the Wegovy Pill and the Foundayo Pill start at $149, and both Zepbound presentations start at $299. A new customer takes $50 off the first care fee with the code STARTGLP1, which the page itself scopes to one month against a rate it calls "regularly $99". No vial strength or dose ladder is printed beside any compounded figure, so no cost per milligram can be worked out. The words "Starting at" are doing real work here, because the personalized dosing these pages advertise is the thing that moves the number.

- Nothing is billed up front for a term, and no multi-month price sits beside the monthly one. Care is billed monthly and medication ships monthly next to it, so the figure you agree to is the figure that recurs.
- Cancellation
- Two clocks run, and they are not the same clock. Membership renews automatically unless you cancel seven days before the current period ends, either from your account dashboard or by emailing support. Shipments are separate: a pause or a cancel has to land five business days before the next one processes. Subscription fees, consultation fees and every other service charge are non-refundable. A refund on a physical product is available only on the first shipment of that product, requested within thirty days of receiving it, and medication billed by a manufacturer pharmacy such as LillyDirect is outside Alloy's refunds entirely.
