The prices are flat and the GLP-1 rate holds at every dose. The exit is slower: a renewal stands unless the cancellation lands thirty days ahead.
Apex MD sells a physician-run optimization practice, not a single drug. Its menu runs GLP-1 weight loss and a separate microdosing track. Peptides, testosterone and hormone therapy sit beside them. So do bloodwork panels and a functional-medicine concierge program. The weight program is built around muscle preservation. Personalized titration and quarterly bloodwork are named as its features. The peptide menu prices NAD+ as an injection and as a nasal spray. It also prices sermorelin and a B12 with MIC blend.
The headline holds. The GLP-1 page opens on "FROM $299 /month", and the plan box beneath it matches. Semaglutide is $299 a month and tirzepatide $399, each marked "All doses included". The page adds that the price never changes as the dose rises. It also prints a $0 membership fee and quarterly bloodwork at no charge. The microdosing page is cheaper and simpler. Every formulation is $249 a month: semaglutide or tirzepatide, weekly injection or daily dissolving tablet. Labs are included there too. Peptides are priced on their own page. NAD+ injectable is $249 a month and the NAD+ nasal spray the same. Sermorelin injectable is $249 and B12 with MIC is $149. The NAD+ figure carries a quantity, 2,400 mg in a four-week cycle. That is enough to work out a cost per milligram. Stand-alone bloodwork panels run $129, $299 and $1,950. The concierge track is $414 or $1,289 a month.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Every medication line bills monthly, and no multi-month price is printed beside any of them. The GLP-1 plan adds "Rate locked for as long as you stay." The only up-front payment on the site is the concierge program. Its yearly tiers are "Billed once, up front", at $4,199 and $14,309. The top tier's monthly option adds a $1,500 sign-up fee.
- Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically, and the notice period is thirty days. The terms say a subscription renews "unless you cancel at least thirty (30) days before the applicable renewal processing date". The GLP-1 FAQ reads lighter: no long-term contracts, and you can stop "at any time". The thirty-day line is the one in the contract. Stopping means contacting Apex MD by email or telephone, not clicking in the account. A full refund of the first month is available inside thirty days of first enrolling. After that nothing is refundable. Access still runs to the end of the paid month. The concierge terms go further: no refunds for early termination. Canceling with an active prescription costs more later. Restarting means paying a reactivation fee equal to one month of the previous plan. It is charged alongside the new subscription fee.

- No delivery charge is published on the program, microdosing or peptide pages. The GLP-1 FAQ says the medication ships cold and sealed, straight from the pharmacy. The terms say shipping and handling charges, if any, are shown at checkout. They may also change, with notice. So the amount is settled after the pages a shopper can read.
