Apex MD sells a physician-run optimization practice, not a single drug. Its menu runs GLP-1 weight loss and a separate microdosing track. Peptides, testosterone and hormone therapy sit beside them. So do bloodwork panels and a functional-medicine concierge program. The weight program is built around muscle preservation. Personalized titration and quarterly bloodwork are named as its features. The peptide menu prices NAD+ as an injection and as a nasal spray. It also prices sermorelin and a B12 with MIC blend.
The advertised figure is a floor. Which floor depends on which program you open. The GLP-1 program page prints "FROM $299 /month" and nothing further. The microdosing page prices four lines at a flat monthly rate. Semaglutide injection and semaglutide oral pills are $249 a month to month. Tirzepatide injection and tirzepatide oral pills are $349. Each is described as with glycine and B vitamins. Peptides are priced on their own page. NAD+ injectable is $249 a month and the NAD+ nasal spray the same. Sermorelin injectable is $249 and B12 with MIC is $149. The NAD+ figure carries a quantity beside it, 2,400 mg in a four-week cycle. That is enough to work out a cost per milligram. Bloodwork is priced separately again, at $99, $129 and $299 for panels. The all-inclusive concierge track runs $499 to $699 a month.

- The microdosing lines are billed monthly, which each tile says. No multi-month medication price is published beside them. The one long commitment on the site is the concierge program. Its terms describe an initial assessment period of three months before cancellation is unrestricted.
- Cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically, and the notice period is thirty days. The terms say a subscription renews "unless you cancel at least thirty (30) days before the applicable renewal processing date". Stopping means contacting Apex MD by email or telephone, not clicking in the account. A full refund of the first month is available inside thirty days of first enrolling. After that nothing is refundable. Access still runs to the end of the paid month. Canceling with an active prescription costs more later. Restarting means paying a reactivation fee equal to one month of the previous plan, alongside the new subscription fee.

- No delivery charge is published on the program, microdosing or peptide pages. The terms say shipping and handling charges are shown at checkout. They may also change, with notice. So the amount, if any, is settled after the pages a shopper can read.
