Better Med Spa & Wellness, priced

Better Med Spa lists weight-program prices by one- and three-month terms, but its general membership FAQ requires six months. The selected prescription agreement must reconcile the commitment, formulation and separate service charges.

Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for prescribing assessment or treatment-specific laboratory work or prescription delivery or additional beauty membership, so none is counted.

The bill, in one line

Do not budget from the lowest starting number alone. Establish the payment term, actual medicine and cancellation rule before joining. The clinic’s beauty-credit memberships and prescription programs should be priced separately.

Chore LLC operates Better Med Spa & Wellness, a Chicago clinic with an Illinois telehealth offer. Weight programs sit beside beauty memberships, office procedures and home-prescription options. Some memberships bank monthly contributions for later aesthetic services; that is different from buying a defined medicine supply. The public catalog does not establish one universal prescription package or one pharmacy bill. A quote should identify which service is being purchased and which agreement controls it.

The membership page gives semaglutide as $300 for a one-month choice or $290 monthly for three months. Tirzepatide is $400 for one month or $390 monthly for three. Liraglutide is labeled $550 for one month. Those labels do not settle the conflict with the page’s six-month membership FAQ. The treatment pages also advertise starting amounts without a complete dose, supply and formulation mapping. Sermorelin starts at $200, and the NAD+ page mixes office infusion, office shots and home formats with separate promotional language. None of those generic starting figures establishes a complete recurring home-prescription total.

The fine print

Prepay
The existence of a one-month card does not prove a patient can leave after one payment when the general FAQ states a six-month commitment. The telehealth page separately mentions a three-month starting arrangement. Ask how the chosen medicine plan differs from a beauty membership, whether installments are available and what is paid upfront. The published package credit rules preserve certain unused paid value as account credit, rather than cash. A lower monthly equivalent should not become a flexible monthly price without a consistent contract.
Cancellation
The terms require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late changes can cost $100, a no-show $200, and an arrival more than 15 minutes late $100. These are contingent appointment charges, not ordinary monthly medication fees. Services, treatments and prepaid packages are generally final and nonrefundable, with unused service value subject to the clinic’s credit rules. A complete prescription-refill stopping deadline is not established. Obtain that rule separately; canceling an appointment should not be assumed to cancel an automatic medicine payment.
Shipping
The telehealth and membership pages describe delivery to eligible Illinois patients, but do not establish one universal delivery amount for each formulation. The NAD+ catalog distinguishes a clinic infusion from home injection or nasal options. A clinic session has different practical costs from a shipped supply. The general terms say services cannot be delivered remotely, despite the telehealth page, so the relevant remote fulfillment agreement needs clarification. Ask for the sender, prescription supplies, delivery charge and replacement policy before paying.

FAQ

3 questions

Is a beauty-bank contribution the medicine price?

No. Those memberships bank value for services. The chosen prescription program needs its own payment and supply description.

Should the appointment penalty be added to every monthly receipt?

No. It is contingent on a late change, missed visit or late arrival, rather than a routine prescription charge.

Are the starting amounts ranked as complete monthly bills?

No. Commitment rules and precise formulation or supply mappings remain unresolved, so an itemized quote is needed.
