Breeze Meds is a cash-pay telehealth. It sells NAD+ as an injection and a nasal spray, sermorelin, and GLP-1s. Plans run month to month. Breeze names four compounding pharmacies in its FAQ.
The headline and the regular rate differ. The NAD+ card reads "Starting at $169". A banner reads "Just $179 to start". The FAQ says the therapy "starts regular at just $249/month". Plan on $249 from month two. Sermorelin shows $100 on one card and $135 in the catalog.
