Defy Medical, priced
Defy’s medication ordering portal is restricted to patients. Dated public handouts contain historical amounts, but the current service pages reviewed do not confirm those figures as present offers. Obtain an itemized quote before comparing costs.

Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for weight-loss consultation in public handout or weight-management panel in public handout or pharmacy delivery, so none is counted.
The bill, in one line
Request the complete clinical quote before comparing Defy with a monthly bundle. Medication quantity, consultations, tests, shipping and any applicable tax are separate variables, and the handout’s monthly illustration is expressly not guaranteed.
Defy Medical is a cash-pay clinic that uses consultations, laboratory testing and pharmacy fulfillment. Its weight and peptide services include semaglutide, tirzepatide and sermorelin, with a separate PT-141 handout. The portal FAQ says medication prices cannot be viewed there by non-patients. Public documents provide some amounts without establishing a universal monthly package.
A 2020 PT-141 handout lists $205 for a 2 mL vial at 10 mg/mL. A 2023 semaglutide cost sheet lists several preparations, including an $80 vial. These are historical document figures, not verified current selling prices. The present service pages reviewed do not link either cost document, so an accessible old PDF alone does not confirm today’s price. The older semaglutide sheet also gives $69 for a weight consultation and $59 for a weight-management panel. Those amounts are not entered as current visit or lab fees. Its monthly illustration excludes consultation, labs, shipping and sales tax and is expressly not guaranteed. Request a current quote covering the prescribed product, required visits, testing, delivery and any tax. A different peptide service need not use the weight program’s fees.

The fine print
- Prepay
- The semaglutide service says there are no subscriptions or contracts and that patients pay for services used. A vial or multi-vial prescription is still a quantity purchase rather than a calendar-month promise. The public handouts do not establish a standard multi-month prepaid peptide bundle. Do not divide vial contents by a self-selected dose to manufacture a monthly price.
- Cancellation
- The service has no subscription to cancel. Contact the clinic before a scheduled visit or order if you need a change. Current terms make most sales final and do not refund a consultation solely because it ends without a prescription. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours ahead, or missed without notice, can incur the full consultation fee. Unused lab orders can qualify for account credit before samples are submitted, less a $25 processing fee. Account-credit refunds are subject to the terms rather than automatic.
- Shipping
- The PT-141 handout says Hallandale requires overnight shipping with an ice pack. It does not publish one universal delivery fee. Other pharmacy choices or prescriptions may have different requirements. The older handouts name Empower and APS. The APS case received an October 2023 FDA closeout; Empower has a separate September 2026 warning. Confirm the current dispenser rather than assuming the historical pharmacy list is unchanged.

FAQ
3 questionsDoes a vial price show one month of treatment?
No. A vial’s duration depends on the prescribed amount and frequency. Its selling price alone does not establish a monthly total.
Does the illustrative monthly semaglutide amount include every expense?
No. The handout excludes visits, tests, shipping and sales tax and says the estimate is not guaranteed.
Can I use the weight-service visit fee for every peptide?
No. The public $69 figure is in the semaglutide handout and does not establish all peptide consultation fees.
