Effecty LLC sells cash-pay plans on its own platform and takes the payment. It does not prescribe. Its terms name the medical group as Wasef Health P.A. The telehealth consent names Beluga Health, P.A. The GLP-1s are compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections. NAD+ comes as an injection or a nasal spray, glutathione as an injection. Sermorelin comes as an injection or a dissolving tablet. Branded GLP-1 pens are sold beside them.
The header figure and the monthly rate differ on every GLP-1 page. Compounded semaglutide reads "Starting at $95 /month*". The footnote says "Price after $75 first month discount." The monthly plan below it is $170. Tirzepatide works the same way: $160 in the header, $235 billed monthly. The catalog tiles use a third figure. Semaglutide shows $130, marked "Price for purchase of 12 month supply." That is the twelve-month rung. Monthly rungs on the peptide shelf: NAD+ injection $225, glutathione $175, sermorelin injection $225, the sermorelin tablet $190. The NAD+ nasal spray is $180 with no ladder at all. One price covers every dose. No product states milligrams, so no cost per milligram can be worked out. Branded pens are flat monthly figures: Ozempic and Mounjaro $1,300, Zepbound $1,400, Wegovy $1,600. The Mounjaro and Zepbound pages add "Price with 3 month starter pack."

- Prepay
- Three longer plans sit above the monthly one, each prepaid for the full term. Twelve months of semaglutide is $130 a month, billed yearly. That is $1,560 in one charge. Tirzepatide's year is $2,280. Sermorelin stops at six months, $180 a month on the injection. Longer plans do not ship monthly. A three-month plan ships in one box. Six- and twelve-month plans ship in batches of about three months. The terms describe the monthly plan as charged "approximately every 28-30 days". Affirm, Klarna and Afterpay are offered on the longer plans.
- Cancellation
- Cancel from the account portal: Treatments, then the active treatment, then Plan, then Cancel Treatment. Emailing hello@effecty.com also works. Timing is what matters. Before the prescription reaches the pharmacy, the whole order can be canceled. After that, only future shipments stop. A three-month plan has none left. The terms say fees are "non-refundable" once paid. The returns policy says "all sales are final." Refunds on unshipped batches are "assessed case-by-case". Pausing is also in the portal.
