Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for product-specific assessment or selected prescription delivery or individual testing or separate platform access, so none is counted.
The bill, in one line
Compare a written product quote before using a starting amount as the complete bill. The manual continuation model helps explain renewal, but the order becomes difficult to stop once submitted. Confirm the cancellation stage and delivery conditions before paying.
Elara MD coordinates prescription access through a clinical network and pharmacy partner named in its FAQ. Its catalog spans wellness injections, a sublingual sermorelin option and class-labeled weight treatment. Each preparation needs its own supply and payment terms. The public material does not establish one mandatory membership amount outside the product, nor does it prove that every consultation is free. A payment quote should separate the prescription, clinical services and any delivery or testing charge.
The NAD+ injection page lists a starting price of $249 a month, and sermorelin injection starts at $349. These amounts are price floors: neither page establishes the exact quantity or every dose’s bill. The sermorelin troche option shows $249 at a starting dose without a clear supply term. Glutathione starts at $249 monthly, but its route is not specified. The weight cards display $199 and $249 for drug classes rather than confirmed named medicines. Those class figures should not become semaglutide or tirzepatide rates by inference. Obtain the actual preparation, supplied amount and final quote.

The fine print
- Prepay
- The FAQ describes monthly prescription review and a notification to continue, with the patient processing the payment. It expressly says the monthly prescription is not automatically debited. That does not establish a discount ladder or one common long-term commitment across products. A statement about monthly review also should not define the duration of an unlabeled troche package. Ask what payment authorizes, when the current supply ends and whether a longer plan has different conditions. Billing at shipment is described separately in the FAQ.
- Cancellation
- The order FAQ says processing begins immediately and an order cannot be changed or canceled once submitted. The refund policy instead refers to account changes or cancellation before shipment. That difference needs a clear answer before purchase. Once charged and handed to a carrier, the policy treats prescription sales as final. It permits thirty-day returns for eligible unopened nonprescription products, which should not be applied to a prescription. A monthly reminder does not create a refund right after the patient has authorized the next order.
- Shipping
- Product pages advertise home delivery, and some specifically state free shipment in one to four days if prescribed. The FAQ distinguishes review, approval and the selected standard or expedited service. Confirm whether an upgraded delivery option adds a charge for the actual prescription. The refund page promises to investigate and reship lost parcels, but also says the service does not ship refrigerated products. Ask the dispensing pharmacy for the storage requirements of the exact preparation rather than treating that broad statement as a temperature guarantee.
Worth it, and what to watch
Worth it
- Named injection starting amounts public
- Monthly auto-debit explicitly excluded in FAQ
- Provider review precedes continuation
- Lost-package response described
Watch for
- From-rates lack complete dose and quantity bill
- Some figures lack a usable route or supply
- Order cutoff conflicts with pre-shipment wording
- Testing and some delivery costs unresolved
- Buy here if
- A shopper who will approve each continuation after checking the prescribed preparation and the complete payment due.
- Look elsewhere if
- Someone expecting a category price to identify a particular medicine or assuming an order remains freely cancellable until delivery.

FAQ
3 questionsCan the troche amount be treated as a monthly prescription rate?
The page does not establish the supply duration at that starting-dose price. A written quantity and term are needed.
Are all consultations free?
The FAQ says many treatment plans include a free consultation. It does not establish that every clinical service has no charge.
When can an order be stopped?
The FAQ says not after submission, while the refund page refers to pre-shipment cancellation. Obtain the controlling order-stage rule before paying.
