- Prepaid plans are optional for GLP-1s. Three months of semaglutide renews at $149 a month. Six months costs $774 per renewal. GHK-Cu saves 20% on a quarterly plan. Peptide plan lengths are not public.

- Two routes are published. The refunds page says to contact EOS by email or portal chat, 72 hours before billing. The weight-loss FAQ says to end it from your account. Plans auto-renew. No refund is given unless a clinician disqualifies you.
