Evergreen Telehealth is operated by ConsultRX LLC, with clinical services supplied by NVP Medical Group. Its Lean subscription bundles a treatment protocol with professional care and fulfillment. The public offer may include different medications and additional options selected by the clinician. Individual NAD+ and glutathione therapies have separate availability, without a complete public cost schedule. The Recovery program and educational research entries should not be priced as live treatment subscriptions.
The Lean page starts at $159 per month and expressly makes the amount dependent on the medicine and plan commitment. It does not allocate that starting amount to semaglutide or tirzepatide by exact route, dose and supply. The program includes clinical assessment, medication management and shipping, with the prescribed medicine supplied every two months. Shipment spacing is not the same as a confirmed two-month billing interval. The actual agreement must identify what is collected now, the prescription quantity and any optional additions. The fine print
- Prepay
- A month-to-month plan has a two-month minimum according to the product page. Six- and twelve-month choices require payment upfront. The longer-term amount is not published as a complete universal price ladder for every medicine. The contract says cancellation ends future renewal rather than shortening the current purchased term. Ask whether a clinical change affects remaining fills and whether any exception permits a refund. An entry price should not be used to calculate a guaranteed whole-term total when the selected medication and discount conditions remain unspecified.
- Cancellation
- The terms allow cancellation in your account or a request through Evie. Notice must arrive at least seven days before renewal to avoid a charge for a refill already dispensed for shipment. A later request can stop the plan renewing while still leaving that committed refill payable. Fees already paid for the current term generally remain nonrefundable. The refund policy permits case-by-case consideration of qualifying unshipped medicine when a clinician says treatment cannot continue. Inability to fulfill or ship medicine has a separate refund provision. A completed clinical assessment is not automatically refundable because no prescription results.

- The Lean description includes shipping and says the prescribed medicine is compounded and sent every two months. Discreet delivery and an accredited US pharmacy network are advertised, but the individual sender is not named publicly. Confirm the supply, processing date, handling requirements and damaged-parcel procedure with the actual pharmacy. The refund policy generally excludes carrier delay and incorrect customer address as routine refund reasons. A promised delivery process does not guarantee the time from first assessment to arrival.
