The bill, in one line
The one-month subscription price is the bill: no membership, no consult charge, and Quest lab tests and shipping included. What costs you is the fine print around it. The pricing page leads with codes the terms limit to the first payment, and a cancellation that misses a 72-hour window buys another full cycle.
Fridays is a cash-pay weight-loss subscription run by Thrive Health Group Inc., with clinical care from OpenLoop Healthcare Partners, PC, whose name appears on the card statement. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections are sold in one-, three-, six- and twelve-month subscriptions. Branded Ozempic and Zepbound are priced month to month, and a longevity line sells sermorelin and three forms of NAD+.
Start with the one-month subscription pages, because the pricing page shows something else. Compounded semaglutide is $249 and compounded tirzepatide $359 for a one-month subscription, and each page says the price covers consultation, medication, supplies, shipping and ongoing support. The pricing page leads with Starting at $99 for semaglutide and $198 for tirzepatide, each tied to a coupon code. Beside them, $279 and $389 are struck through, and those two figures match the separate one-month supply pages rather than the subscription. So the page's own figures differ from the rate a monthly subscriber pays. The terms settle what the codes are worth. By selecting Pay, you agree that the discount will be applied to your first payment only, and promotions renew at the then-current fee. That sits awkwardly under a banner reading prices locked in forever, so ask at checkout what the second charge will be. Branded Ozempic is $1,498 a month and Zepbound $1,828, both on a month-to-month plan. Wegovy works differently: a membership of $49 for the first month, with the medication billed separately at the pharmacy's cash-pay rate, and no ongoing membership rate published. The longevity pages are the gap. Sermorelin and all three NAD+ products show $259 on their own pages but never say what period it buys, and the longevity page prints quarterly rates of $179 and $229 a month instead.

- The other published option is a longer subscription, charged at the start of each period. Semaglutide runs $596 for three months, $1,050 for six and $1,800 for twelve, and tirzepatide $896, $1,650 and $2,880. A separate offer bills $596 or $896 once every four months, calling the fourth month free, and renews on the same cycle until you cancel. Because refunds are narrow, a prepaid year is money you should expect to lose if you stop early.

- To cancel, contact support at support@joinfridays.com, or use the cancellation option in your online account where the terms say it is available. The request has to reach Fridays at least 72 hours before the next billing date. Miss that window and the subscription renews for one more cycle, with cancellation taking effect at the end of it. Refunds are limited to disqualification before services begin, billing errors, cases the law requires, and credit when switching programs. The homepage FAQ adds that services begin when your intake is submitted for provider review, which makes the disqualification refund narrower than it first sounds. Missing a scheduled appointment, or canceling one with under 24 hours' notice, can bring a no-show or late fee whose amount is not published.
