Gatlan, priced
Gatlan’s catalog mixes product starting figures with broader treatment categories. The final prescription, supply period, testing bill and renewal agreement are needed before a reliable monthly total can be calculated.

Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for clinical assessment or clinician-selected testing or dispensing and delivery or recurring platform access, so none is counted.
The bill, in one line
Obtain a written invoice instead of treating a category card as a specific medication price. The refund policy is restrictive and the recurring cancellation deadline is unclear. That makes the agreement as important as the headline.
Gatlan sells access to individualized health-optimization programs through Immortal Male, Inc. Its catalog includes NAD+ and glutathione alongside nonpeptide treatments and fitness services. The platform coordinates third-party clinical, laboratory and pharmacy services rather than establishing one uniform medication bundle. The terms permit pharmacy choice, but the actual dispensing party and its bill are not identified in the public product cards. A patient should know which organization collects each payment before authorizing a protocol.
Glutathione is advertised from $39 a month, but the page does not establish a route-specific monthly supply. The from-$200 longevity card groups NAD+ and rapamycin. It cannot be read as a standalone NAD+ injection invoice. Likewise, the from-$125 metabolic card uses a class label without naming the medicine. Those are leads for requesting a quote rather than comparable product totals. A time-limited fitness offer is a separate purchase and should not reduce the assumed prescription bill. The quote needs to name the preparation, amount supplied and any recurring clinical or pharmacy charges.

The fine print
- Prepay
- A common plan duration and required upfront purchase are not established by the catalog. Monthly language does not prove that every patient can buy a single month without a longer commitment. Ask how much is charged at enrollment, what supply it purchases and when the next payment occurs. If tests precede prescribing, establish whether their cost remains payable when treatment is not offered. The public terms also allow third-party service terms, so the pharmacy’s agreement may add conditions beyond the platform’s contract.
- Cancellation
- The contract says refunds generally are not provided. Exceptional partial or full refunds may be considered at the company’s discretion through support. That is not a published satisfaction guarantee or an automatic medical-disqualification refund. A clear recurring stop date, advance-hours cutoff and self-service refill cancellation path are not established. Ask support how to stop future platform billing and how to stop a pending pharmacy order. Ending one relationship should not be assumed to cancel charges controlled by another organization.
- Shipping
- The platform describes pharmacy coordination, but the reviewed pages do not identify the dispensing pharmacy, a standard shipping charge or a common delivery deadline. Pharmacy choice may affect the final bill and delivery arrangement. Ask which facility sends the prescription, whether shipping is included and how replacements are handled. A promise of broad support access does not establish a carrier guarantee. Confirm the dispensing and renewal schedule before arranging travel or relying on an uninterrupted supply.

FAQ
3 questionsCan the longevity price be ranked as NAD+ injection cost?
No. The card combines treatments and does not establish the standalone product, supply or final bill.
Is the fitness promotion a prescription discount?
The advertised training offer is separate from the medical products. It should not be counted against a medication invoice.
Are refunds guaranteed?
No. The contract generally excludes them while allowing exceptional discretionary decisions. Obtain any product-specific exception in writing.
