Every headline under $199 is a commitment rung or a first-order price. The monthly card is the one to compare.
Get Thin MD bills one monthly charge and puts everything inside it. That charge covers the medication, the provider, labs and shipping. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as injections, and oral GLP-1s beside them. Sermorelin comes as an injection or an oral dropper. NAD+ comes as an injection or a nasal spray. Ozempic and Zepbound are resold as brands. Hair and hormone lines fill out the menu. Its FAQ names four partner pharmacies with street addresses and phone numbers, which few sellers do.
Six figures for compounded semaglutide are live on this site today. The pricing page is the honest one. It reads "Starting at $119 /mo" over "Paid annually, delivered monthly", with "($199/mo for month-to-month plan)" in brackets beside it. So $119 buys a year up front. The total is never printed. The main GLP-1 page prices a three-month card at "$169/month" and a monthly card at "$199/month". Its own footnote then ties the $119 banner to a "3-Months plan paid upfront". Those two disagree on one screen. The product page runs a third system: "$149" against a struck "$349", badged "$150 OFF First Order — New Patients". A first-order price is not the price. A fourth figure, "as low as $145 per month", sits in that page's own FAQ and nowhere else. Tirzepatide climbs the same ladder: "$179 /mo" paid annually, "$299/month" month to month, and "$245" struck from "$449" on a first order. Four seasonal sale banners run at once. The countdown beside one of them re-reads at twelve hours on every load.

The fine print

- Every discount here is a term, and most totals are missing. Semaglutide runs $119 prepaid for twelve months, $169 on three, $199 month to month. Tirzepatide runs $179 prepaid for twelve and $299 month to month. NAD+ is $129 on twelve months against $199 month to month. Not one of those rungs prints what it bills. Sermorelin is the exception and prints both: "Total $894.00" across six months, "Total $498.00" across three.
- Cancellation
- Billing is automatic each month until you stop it. The notice period is published twice and the two documents disagree. The fulfillment policy wants the request 72 hours before the billing date. The terms say cancellation is effective in 36 hours. You cancel by email, by phone, or by contacting support through the help center. Refunds are blunt: "IN NO EVENT SHALL YOU BE ISSUED A REFUND UPON CANCELLATION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES", except on medical disqualification. A separate guarantee refunds four months if you lose under ten percent in sixteen weeks. It requires a doctor's written attestation.

- Free, and the one charge this site is consistent about. The plan cards fold it in as "Labs & Expedited Shipping Included". The NAD+ page goes further with "Free Overnight Shipping". Tracking is promised within two business days of approval. No refrigeration or cold-chain claim appears anywhere.
