The bill, in one line

NAD+ and sermorelin have readable checkout pages, and the recurring NAD+ charge is $150 a month once the first-month coupon is used up. The GLP-1 cards print starting figures that no public page explains, and the site publishes no terms, privacy policy or company name to hold any of it to.

Glam Health is an online storefront for compounded semaglutide with B12, tirzepatide with B12, NAD+ and sermorelin. The homepage shows three cards; sermorelin has no card there, but its checkout page still takes orders. Each checkout offers a monthly option, a three-month and a six-month payment, and a bundle.

The homepage card figure differs from what the checkout bills. The NAD+ card reads "Starting at $110", while the NAD+ checkout calls its product "NAD Monthly Auto-Refill" and prints "$109.50 first month" with code FIRSTNAD, then "Recurring: $150/mo" and "Billed monthly". Without the code, its order summary shows $150.00 due today. Sermorelin's checkout lists a one-month supply at $220, with a coupon for 44% off the first month only. That page states "Same price, every dose. No hidden fees" and includes a home injection kit. The semaglutide and tirzepatide cards print "Starting at $149" and "Starting at $175" over a footnote saying final pricing is confirmed after provider review. Their checkout pages are reached only through the eligibility quiz, so the monthly rate after the first order is not shown on any public page. Ask for it in writing before paying. No page states a shipping charge, and every card says "No subscription required" even though the NAD+ monthly plan is an auto-refill.

Every price, in the seller’s own unit

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print

Prepay
The other published option is to pay for several months at once. NAD+ is one payment of $375 for three months or $702 for six, which the page divides to $125 and $117 a month. Sermorelin is $570 for three months or $1,020 for six, labeled $190 and $170 a month. The NAD+ plans say "Billed once", so the whole amount leaves your card on the first day.
Cancellation
The checkout says "pause or cancel anytime" and promises "Lose weight or you don't pay, cancel anytime", but the seller publishes no cancellation steps, no notice period and no refund policy. The addresses where a terms page or privacy policy would sit redirect to the homepage. The one refund it does describe is a full refund if your provider decides you are not eligible.
Shipping
The NAD+ checkout lists "Licensed US pharmacy" and "Ships in 3–5 days". No shipping price is printed, so it is neither listed as free nor as a charge. The shipping form offers every country in the world, though prescriptions are written for US patients.

The homepage card says it starts at $149, but the monthly rate after the first order appears only after the eligibility quiz, not on any public page.

Can I get a refund?

The only refund the site describes is a full one if your provider decides you are not eligible; there is no written refund or cancellation policy.
