The bill, in one line
Compare $179 semaglutide or $249 tirzepatide when you need one month at a time. Longer plans lower the equivalent but require substantial upfront payment, and finalized compounded orders have strict refund limits.
GOAL.MD offers compounded prescription programs with physician oversight and a separate brand-name GLP-1 access service. Named physicians include Ted Mimlitz, Michael Fitch and Joel Jones. The compounded menu includes semaglutide, tirzepatide, sermorelin and NAD+. The brand service provides professional care while patients buy medication separately. Neither a patient preference nor a payment guarantees a prescription.
Semaglutide injection costs $179 month to month. Three months are $477 upfront, six months $834 and twelve months $1,188. The $99 headline differs from the flexible bill because it requires paying for twelve months. Tirzepatide is $249 month to month, with $597, $1,074 and $1,908 prepaid for three, six and twelve months. The pages say their respective stated dose ranges share the same price. Sermorelin injection is $199 for the flexible treatment cycle or $537 for three months, equivalent to $179 monthly. NAD+ injection is $249 monthly. Physician evaluation, prescribed medication and delivery are described as included in these compounded programs. Brand-access physician care costs $95 monthly before medication and excludes laboratory work. It is a separate professional-services membership, not an all-inclusive drug price.
Every price, in the seller’s own unit
A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Prepaid three-, six- and twelve-month GLP-1 plans are optional alternatives to the flexible monthly purchase. Their advertised equivalents are not the amount charged each month. The full term is charged upfront. Compounded medication programs ask permission before refills and do not automatically reorder. The brand-access membership is the exception and renews automatically at its selected cadence.
- Cancellation
- For compounded care, declining the next refill prevents a new purchase, but the general terms make a paid, finalized order noncancelable and nonrefundable. Do not confuse no automatic renewal with a right to reverse a completed order. Brand-access cancellation must reach the service before the next prescription or refill is authorized. Contact customer@jellyfish.md or use the patient portal. Payments after clinical work begins are not refunded or prorated; different terms apply to this physician membership.
- Shipping
- Free expedited delivery and injection supplies are included in the stated compounded programs. The particular dispensing pharmacy is not assigned publicly for every prescription. Ask about the shipped quantity, packaging and storage for the product the physician actually orders. Manufacturer medication in the brand-access pathway has its own pharmacy fulfillment and costs; the compounded plan’s included delivery should not be assumed to cover that purchase.

FAQ
3 questionsCan I pay $99 each month for flexible semaglutide?
No. The $99 equivalent requires $1,188 paid upfront for twelve months. The flexible rate is $179.
Does the brand-access membership include the drug?
No. Medication is bought separately from the manufacturer program or pharmacy; laboratory work is also excluded.
Can compounded refills charge without my approval?
The current public billing policy says the team checks before renewal and charges only with approval.
