The bill, in one line
The billing model is the strength: you pay once for each order, and nothing is charged again unless you place another one. The weakness is how the headline figures are built. Each one is a prepaid bundle divided by three, so compare the one-month rungs further down each page instead.
GobyMeds is an ordering platform run by Goby Health LLC, and the prescribing is done by outside medical groups rather than by GobyMeds itself. It prices compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide injections, NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray, and sermorelin in four forms. Branded Wegovy and Zepbound are sold by the month beside them. Orders are paid in full at checkout for one, two or three months of medication.
The homepage figures and the monthly rates differ, and the gap is a matter of arithmetic rather than fees. The $99 a month for semaglutide is a $299 starter bundle covering twelve weeks, and the $133 for tirzepatide is a $399 bundle over the same period. The $116 for NAD+ comes from a $349 three-month injection bundle, each figure a monthly average of a payment made at checkout. The one-month rungs are printed on the same product pages and are what this site ranks. Compounded semaglutide is $169, shown with a plus sign next to the words one month at any dosage. Tirzepatide is $299 for a single month, NAD+ injection $179 and the nasal spray $199. Sermorelin costs $199 for a month as an injection, a tablet or a troche, while the film strip is $249. Branded Wegovy is $1,695 a month and Zepbound $1,399. One figure is unsettled. The NAD+ product page and the promotions page both price a month of the injection at $179, but the pricing page says $199 and up. Checkout sits behind account creation, so which one gets billed cannot be read in advance.

- Multi-month buying is available but never forced, since each product also sells a single month. The twelve-week starter bundles are prepaid at $299 for semaglutide and $399 for tirzepatide, starting at the lowest dose. Above the starter dose, eight- and twelve-week bundles are priced by the highest weekly dose in the plan, from $299 to $499 for semaglutide and from $399 to $599 for tirzepatide. NAD+ and sermorelin injections have three-month prepaid options at $349 and $399. The FAQ caps any order at three months of medication, and the loyalty program pays credit toward the next order: $15 on a one-month bundle, $25 on a three-month one and $30 on a starter bundle.

- Because nothing renews, there is nothing to cancel between orders; you simply do not place the next one. Stopping an order already paid for is another matter. The terms ask you to email customer support, and a provider's refusal to prescribe brings a full refund. If you back out after a provider has reviewed you, GobyMeds may keep a $50 consultation fee. Medication that has been dispensed cannot be returned or refunded.
