The bill, in one line
Good Girl Rx publishes a one-month rate for every product it sells, so no figure here had to be guessed. The trouble is that the page never leads with it. Banners and headers quote the twelve-month rung, a monthly average of a plan billed at checkout in full, and the refund policy makes that payment final.
A cash-pay telehealth brand for women, founded by Savannah Chrisley and trading as Good Girl, LLC. Ten compounded peptide products carry a price: semaglutide and tirzepatide as injections and as tablets, and NAD+ as an injection, a nasal spray and a face cream. Sermorelin comes as an injection and a tablet, and glutathione and PT-141 as injections. Branded Ozempic, Wegovy, the Wegovy pill, Zepbound and Mounjaro sit beside them. In a warning letter dated February 20, 2026, numbered 721449, the FDA told Good Girl LLC that pictured compounded GLP-1 labels bearing its name implied it was the compounder. The same letter cited site copy describing FDA-approved meds and clinically proven GLP-1 results.
Each product with a ladder offers four plan lengths, and the per-month figure climbs as the plan shortens. The footnote under every ladder calls the multi-month numbers an average monthly cost, then adds that all plans are paid upfront. The headline on each page is the twelve-month rung, which is why the banner can say $134 while a single month of semaglutide costs $179. One-month rates, the ones ranked here: semaglutide injection $179, tirzepatide injection $329, the semaglutide tablet $300, the tirzepatide tablet $397, NAD+ injection $249, NAD+ face cream $179 and PT-141 $231. The discount for committing is uneven. Semaglutide drops $20 a month on a three-month plan. Tirzepatide drops $74. The face cream drops from $179 to $75, a monthly average less than half the single-month rate. Five products skip the ladder and sell one month at a time, so the header figure is the bill: NAD+ nasal spray $158, sermorelin injection $228, the sermorelin tablet $158, glutathione $135 and the Wegovy pill $297. The Wegovy pill page adds that its two highest doses, and any titration plan, cost $447. The branded injections are also one-month plans: Ozempic $1,580, Wegovy $1,991, Zepbound $1,688, Mounjaro $1,579. No product page states a strength or a vial size, so none of these figures can be turned into a cost per milligram.
