Nothing here is a monthly price until you pick the one-month rung: the semaglutide injection is $179 a month billed monthly and $134 only if you pay twelve months up front.
Good Girl Rx is a founder-fronted telehealth aimed at women, selling compounded GLP-1s alongside a longevity and wellness shelf. The weight menu runs compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as weekly injections and as oral dissolving tablets, plus the approved Wegovy pill. The anti-aging side prices NAD+ and sermorelin injections. Medication is compounded by state-licensed United States pharmacies, and the site says plainly that compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and that trial data from the branded products does not transfer to them.
Read the plan panel and the headline figure turns into a monthly average. Compounded semaglutide is advertised from $134 and its own panel shows a one-month plan at $179, three months at $159 a month, six at $145 and twelve at $134. Compounded tirzepatide is advertised from $235 against a one-month rung of $329, with $255 and $248 between them. The oral dissolving tablets behave the same way: semaglutide from $214 against $300 for one month, and tirzepatide from $291 against $397. NAD+ is $249 for one month or $183 a month on three. Sermorelin is the exception, sold on a single one-month plan at $228. The Wegovy pill is the other exception and the clearest line on the site: $297 a month, "Billed month-to-month. No long-term commitment, no hidden fees." No vial size is printed beside any compounded figure, so no cost per milligram is possible.
