The bill, in one line
The prices are plain and the clock is not. Four weeks is not a month, and on this shop it never was.
HealthSource sells a short, legible catalog of twelve products. The peptide shelf is a NAD+ injection at two strengths and a NAD+ nasal spray. Beside them sit a sermorelin injection, a 2000 mg glutathione injection and a growth-factor powder. The weight shelf is compounded semaglutide with B12 in a vial and compounded tirzepatide. A sublingual tirzepatide tablet is taken before bed. A liraglutide program exists but is out of stock and unpriced. Everything is a subscription, and the dose tier is the thing you pick before the price.
The headline holds at every dose tier, and the unit is the catch. NAD+ injection reads "From: $279.00 every 4 weeks" at 1000mg and $370.00 at 2000mg. The nasal spray is "$179.00 every 4 weeks", sermorelin "$295.00 every 4 weeks" and glutathione "$180.00 every 4 weeks". On the weight side, semaglutide is $199.00 every 4 weeks at all three dose tiers. Tirzepatide is $299.00 and the sublingual tablet $399.00. Two products add a longer rung: semaglutide at $349.00 every 8 weeks and tirzepatide at $549.00. The word "From:" is doing nothing on most of these, because no cheaper tier exists behind it. Four weeks is a real clock here, not a synonym. The cart dates the first renewal 28 days out. Six other places on the site call the same cycle monthly. One is the refund policy's phrase about the current month's program.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Nothing is billed up front for a term, and no multi-month price exists on any product. The 4-week rung is the entry rung and recurs on that cadence. A buyer can leave after one fill. The eight-week option on the two injectable GLP-1s is not a prepay either. It renews every eight weeks and saves $49 against two four-week fills. That leaves a genuinely simple arrangement with one asterisk, and the asterisk is the calendar rather than the commitment.
- Cancellation
- Three pages give three rules. The refund policy says you can cancel at any time from your account settings, with the current cycle still charged. The terms of use say subscriptions renew "unless canceled 48 hours prior to the renewal date". The payment policy is more generous than either. A refund is available any time before the order ships, in full if the intake is undone. Once it is done, the seller keeps $25 to $45 "to cover the telemedicine services and provider review already rendered". That deduction is the only consult charge published anywhere, and it appears only as a subtraction from a refund. After the pharmacy has the order, nothing is refunded. A damaged or wrong delivery has to be reported within 24 hours.

- No price is published for it, on any page, and free shipping is never claimed either. The refund policy assumes a charge exists: shipping costs are non-refundable except where the seller erred. The cart and the checkout summary showed no shipping line, no tax line and no fee line. Transit is quoted three ways. Most product pages say three to five business days and offer next-day delivery. The semaglutide page's own FAQ says within seven. The sublingual tirzepatide says five to ten. No cold-chain or refrigerated-packaging claim appears anywhere.
