The bill, in one line
NAD+ nasal spray is $150 a month on subscription. That is the one clean monthly bill here. Everything else is charged per multi-week supply. The terms add a three-month minimum the product pages never mention.
One checkout behind two brands: Joi for women, Blokes for men. The peptide shelf is sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and a GHK-Cu cream. VIP and oxytocin are sold too, at $159 a month on subscription. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come on a quarterly plan. A liraglutide program and a Zepbound coaching program sit beside them. Hormones, supplements and lab panels fill out the shop.
The monthly figures are the seller's own division, not its charges. Sermorelin is $559 per 12-week supply on subscription. The page shows that as $186.33 a month. One-time, it is $699, shown as $233. Injections and troches print the same figures. The shop grid lists sermorelin at $199 a month. That figure disagrees with both rungs on the product page. NAD+ by injection is $400 per 10-week supply, shown as $172 a month. The nasal spray is $150 for one month. Glutathione is $239 per 15-week supply, shown as $69 a month. GHK-Cu cream is $159 per two months, women's shop only. No peptide page prints a dose or a strength, except the cream at 0.5%. The GLP-1 cards read $179 and $249 a month. Each is billed quarterly. The first month is cheaper, $99 and $149. This site ranks neither, since no monthly plan is sold.

- The GLP-1s are a prepay of one quarter. Semaglutide is $537 up front for three months. Tirzepatide is $747. The other plan lengths on those pages show $0.00. The peptides are prepaid by supply length. Sermorelin is billed every 12 weeks. NAD+ injections every 10. Glutathione every 15. Only the NAD+ spray bills monthly. The Zepbound program is $297 for three months of service. The medicine is not included.

- The GLP-1 page promises you can cancel your plan anytime. The terms say otherwise. Subscribing commits you to three consecutive months. After that, cancel thirty days before the next charge. The terms name one route: contact the company by email. Prescription sales are final, and paid subscription fees are not refunded. One exception: if the clinician declines you, the page promises a full refund.
