The bill, in one line
The monthly rung is printed on every product, so a single month is easy to price. The cycle is not. A site-wide footnote says every membership bills every 28 days. Three product pages say monthly. Returns are refused and subscriptions are non-refundable.
A clinic group with sites in California and Arizona, plus telehealth in both states. Seven peptide products carry a monthly price. Sermorelin is an injection. NAD+ comes as an injection and as wafers held under the tongue. PT-141 is a nasal spray. GHK-Cu is a 2 percent cream. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are twice-weekly injections. Glutathione is listed at $45 with no term beside it, so it is not ranked. A $499 lab panel and a $2,099 whole-body MRI sit beside them.

That is thirteen charges a year, which works out to $269.75 a calendar month. The GLP-1s open with $100 off the first fill. Semaglutide is $199, then $299. Tirzepatide is $299, then $399. Each rung says billed every 28 days. Spread over a calendar month, that is $323.92 and $432.25. The footnote on every page says all memberships are charged every 28 days. Sermorelin, PT-141 and the wafers say billed monthly. The two statements disagree. If the footnote governs, sermorelin works out to $269.75 a calendar month. NAD+ injection and both GLP-1s print one price at every dose. NAD+ names the strength: 1000 mg. The cream has a second size. A 45 g bottle is $149 and lasts three months. Divided by three, that is $49.67 a month. A cheaper route exists for members only. Start a weight-loss or hormone plan and a 90-day window opens. Sermorelin, NAD+ injection and PT-141 drop to $79 a month inside it. The cream drops to $59.

- Every product carries three prepaid rungs beside the monthly one. Sermorelin runs $224.10, $211.65 and $199.20 a month for three, six and twelve months. Those rungs are billed every 3, 6 or 12 months, shipped monthly. The GLP-1 and NAD+ rungs are counted in weeks: 12, 24 and 48, paid upfront. A twelve-month plan is 48 weeks. Tirzepatide's is $199.50 a month, $2,394 in one charge. The homepage says packages auto-renew at their own interval. The $100 first-fill discount cannot be applied to a package. Financing through Cherry is offered on a separate page.
- Cancellation
- The terms say you can cancel from your account or by contacting the company. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Subscription purchases are non-refundable. The return policy is one line: all purchases are final, no returns accepted. A later clause in the terms offers a full refund on returns. Its deadline reads within day(s), with the number never filled in. Treat every charge as final.

- The shipping policy lists one option: standard FedEx ground at $9.00. The terms say posted prices exclude shipping and handling. The member-pricing page shows a free 2-day shipping badge. The two cannot both apply to one order. Budget the $9 until checkout says otherwise. NAD+ injections cannot ship to Arizona. The wafers can.
