Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for membership if selected or testing if ordered or prescription delivery, so none is counted.

The bill, in one line

A consultation price is not a monthly GLP-1 budget. Clarify whether your selected arrangement adds a membership, then obtain the prescription and testing costs alongside the visit schedule.

Klinic is a provider-matching platform with independent medical practices, insurance verification and prescription authorization support. Its weight service lists Wegovy injection, Wegovy tablets, Zepbound and Foundayo. It does not post a pharmacy selling price for each of those drugs. Clinical services and drug fulfillment are distinct from the platform.

The current service page gives a $99 self-pay initial visit and $75 follow-up visits. The homepage expressly adds the medication cost if prescribed. An insured visit is advertised as low as $0 plus copay; this depends on benefits and does not establish a free prescription. The visit headline therefore differs from a complete treatment total. Public terms describe monthly membership fees as well, without identifying a universal amount or clearly attaching one to every per-visit offer. The final arrangement needs an itemized answer about membership, visits and pharmacy payment. Prior-authorization assistance can help with coverage paperwork, but it is not a published drug discount or insurance approval.

The fine print

Prepay
The terms describe automatic monthly membership renewal and permit promotional discounts. The current self-pay cards quote individual visits rather than a prepaid medication supply. No three-, six- or twelve-month drug total is established by those cards. Ask which subscription provisions apply to your selected service instead of assuming that paying for a visit means there is no recurring arrangement.
Cancellation
The membership section says to contact support@klinic.care by email by 9 a.m. Pacific, 14 business days before the scheduled billing date. It reserves the right not to return prepaid amounts. A separate Klinic Medical appointment policy permits a $50 charge for a no-show or cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice. That contingent charge is not part of an ordinary monthly treatment receipt. Prescriptions are not returnable once dispensed or shipped under the posted policy.
Shipping
A contracted pharmacy may ship the prescription, or you can ask to fill it at a pharmacy of your choice. The weight page describes delivery but gives no universal prescription shipping charge. Klinic Pharmacy Hub Services is explicitly non-dispensing; it should not be mistaken for the pharmacy preparing or dispensing a particular drug.

FAQ

3 questions

Does $99 include a month of medication?

No. It is the initial self-pay visit amount, and the homepage says medication costs are extra.

Are follow-ups a monthly subscription?

The card prices each follow-up at $75. The terms separately describe memberships, so confirm the arrangement you are purchasing.

Is the late-cancellation charge in the monthly total?

No. The $50 appointment charge applies only to a missed or late-canceled visit.
