The bill, in one line
The one-month renewal is the useful starting point for a flexible budget. A lower long-plan figure comes with terms that can reprice completed months when you leave early, and laboratory testing remains an extra cost.
Kova sells a plan combining clinical review, prescribed compounded GLP-1 treatment, delivery and companion-app access. LifeTech Apps Inc operates the platform and processes payment, while Telegra’s independent clinical and pharmacy networks provide care. The public pricing table names semaglutide and tirzepatide without assigning a particular route, concentration or dose to each amount.
The semaglutide one-month card is $249 for the first month, then $299 per month. Tirzepatide starts at $299 and renews at $399 per month. The introductory headline therefore differs from the continuing flexible bill. Medication, clinician consultations, fulfillment, delivery and the app are included according to the FAQ. Labs are excluded. Semaglutide’s three-, six- and twelve-month figures are $179, $149 and $129 per month, with stated upfront totals of $537, $894 and $1,548. Tirzepatide’s corresponding figures are $249, $229 and $199, with upfront totals of $747, $1,374 and $2,388. These plan equivalents are not independent month-to-month prices. A drug-specific route and dose must also be confirmed before comparing them with another seller’s preparation.

The fine print
- Prepay
- The public page offers upfront payment or monthly payments. Its terms distinguish two arrangements. A fixed-term commitment bills program fees monthly and does not accelerate the entire remaining balance at enrollment. A prepaid multi-month purchase is a single fixed-term plan, even if a third party finances it. The choice and economic terms shown at enrollment control. Neither arrangement becomes a flexible monthly subscription simply because its price is displayed per month.
- Cancellation
- Cancel from your account or contact customer support. Deleting the app, declining refills or not using services does not cancel the plan. For a fixed commitment ended early without a permitted exception, completed program months can be repriced at the disclosed standard rate. A month counts as completed once it begins, and the adjustment is capped under the terms. Turning off renewal only prevents the next term. For a prepaid plan, completed shipped months may be charged at the disclosed early-cancellation rate before a refund is calculated. A shipment covering several months can count as several shipped months. Provider-directed medical cancellation has different treatment. Dispensed or shipped prescriptions cannot be returned, and financing obligations do not automatically disappear when the plan is canceled.
- Shipping
- The FAQ includes medication delivery in the plan price. The terms make shipments dependent on prescription approval, required patient actions and pharmacy availability; plan billing is separate from shipment timing. A delayed refill or uncompleted review does not automatically pause charges. Ask which pharmacy will fill the prescription and how many months each shipment covers.

FAQ
3 questionsWhat does semaglutide renew at on the one-month plan?
The public card states $299 monthly after the $249 first month.
Is a long plan necessarily paid entirely upfront?
The terms describe both monthly fixed commitments and prepaid purchases. The selected enrollment terms determine which applies.
Can an unused medication month still count for refund purposes?
Yes. The prepaid-plan terms count shipped months, including multiple months covered by one shipment, rather than only doses used.
