Medro is a cash-pay telehealth that prescribes after an online visit with a partner medical group. It sells compounded NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray, sermorelin, glutathione, a GHK-Cu scalp foam, and compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, including microdose versions. It names its pharmacy, The Pharmacy Hub in Miami. No research-only compound is listed.
The headline differs from the standing price on every product, because each "from" figure has a code applied that the page says is auto-applied. NAD+ injections read $99 a month, struck from $179; the nasal spray $119 from $159; sermorelin $109 from $149; glutathione injections $79 from $99; and the GHK-Cu foam $69 from $83. Semaglutide is $99 from $199, but the GLP-1 banner limits that code to the first plan. NAD+ comes in 1,000 mg vials, but the page does not say how many a month buys, so a cost per milligram cannot be worked out.

- No multi-month price is printed on any public page, and each product is priced per month. The terms do mention prorated refunds on a prepaid plan, so a longer plan may be offered inside the intake.

- The terms say a subscription renews automatically. To cancel, you contact customer service by email or through the portal chat. The request has to reach Medro at least 72 hours before the billing date, or the next month is charged.
