Midi Health is a women's midlife clinic built around menopause and perimenopause care that also runs a weight program. Its GLP-1 menu has four lines, each with a published ladder: a compounded GLP-1 injection, a dual-action GLP-1 and GIP injection, and sublingual versions of both. It bills insurance for the clinical visit where it can and offers a self-pay rate where it cannot, and it also offers a microdosing program.
The headline holds for the medication and hides the clinician. The pricing page is headed "No membership fees. No surprises" and says the price includes shipping and supplies. The tables bear that out. The injectable GLP-1 runs $165.90 at 0.1 mg through 0.5 mg, $270.90 through 1.5 mg, $340.00 at 1.75 mg and 2 mg and $355.00 at 2.5 mg. The dual-action injectable runs $210.00 through 2.5 mg to $434.00 at 15 mg. The sublingual GLP-1 runs $164.00 to $275.00 and the dual-action sublingual $209.00 to $460.00. Microdosing is quoted separately as weekly doses starting at $34 for eligible patients. Every one of those tables is headed "4-week supply", so a calendar year is thirteen of them. The weight page then adds the part the pricing page leaves out: an initial visit is covered by insurance or $250 self-pay, and a fifteen-minute return visit is covered or $150.

- There is no term to buy into and no multi-month price. Medication is billed per four-week fill and the visit is billed after the appointment, which the help center confirms: the card is only verified at booking and the visit fee is processed once the appointment is complete.
- Cancellation
- Nothing auto-renews, so what there is to cancel is an appointment, and the help center asks for at least twenty-four hours' notice to avoid a cancellation fee. It does not print what that fee is. Visits are booked, moved and canceled in the account portal, which runs on the clinic's scheduling system.
