The bill, in one line
$200 buys one month of compounded semaglutide at the checkout's discounted price. Oak's own FAQ says each dose step adds about $50 to $75.
Oak is a cash-pay telehealth for weight loss and longevity care. It sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, an oral semaglutide and brand-name GLP-1s. Its longevity menu adds NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin. It also lists compounded tesamorelin, which this site does not price because only the brand-name drug may be prescribed.
The checkout banner says one price at every dosage. The FAQ says the opposite: the final charge follows the prescribed dose. You are charged automatically after approval, at that final price. Semaglutide shows $250 struck through to $200, and tirzepatide $300 struck to $250. Oral semaglutide is $245 for 4 weeks, with $260 struck through. NAD+ and sermorelin show $133 against a struck $200; glutathione shows $135 against $150.
