The bill, in one line
Five injections, three plan lengths each, and every total is printed. The figure in the menu is always the six-month rung, so read the monthly column. You pay nothing until a provider prescribes. After that, the current cycle is never refunded.
A cash-pay telehealth storefront run by Pephaus LLC, a Wyoming company. It sells five compounded injections and nothing else. Semaglutide and tirzepatide are the GLP-1s. NAD+, sermorelin and glutathione are the other three. VialsRX fills the GLP-1s. Hallandale Pharmacy fills the rest. No product page prints a milligram or a vial size.
The headline differs from the monthly rate on all five products. The menu says semaglutide is from $152, tirzepatide from $215 and glutathione from $89. Each is the six-month plan, divided into months. Month to month, semaglutide is $169. Tirzepatide is $239. NAD+ is $199. Sermorelin is $159. Glutathione is $99. The quarterly rung is $160, $227, $189, $151 and $94 in the same order. The six-month rung is $152, $215, $179, $143 and $89. The totals are printed, which is the useful part. Six months of semaglutide is billed as $912.60. Tirzepatide is $1,291. NAD+ is $1,074.60. Sermorelin is $858.60 and glutathione $534. The banner promises up to $143 saved. That is six months of tirzepatide against six monthly bills. The dose question has two answers. The semaglutide page says the price stays the same at every dose. The how-it-works FAQ says prices vary and plans are customized per patient. Sales tax is added where the law requires it.

- The quarter and the half-year are prepaid in one charge each. Both are optional, because the monthly plan sits beside them on every page. On semaglutide, three months is $481.65 up front. Six months is $912.60. Cancel mid-cycle and that money stays with PepHaus.
- Cancellation
- Plans renew on their own until you stop them, at the then-current price. You can cancel or pause from your account dashboard, or by email. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle. The cycle you are in is not refunded. On a six-month plan, that cycle is six months. Before the medication ships, the order can be canceled for a full refund. If a provider declines you, any consultation fee and any prepaid first month come back. A chargeback filed before contacting support may get the account suspended.

- Free, expedited and cold, on every order and refill. The pharmacy prepares an order in one to three business days. Transit is usually two to five days. Syringes, alcohol swabs and a Certificate of Analysis come in the box. Report damage within seven days of delivery and a lost parcel within 30 days of shipping.
