The bill, in one line
The peptide prices are legible and honestly split into a first month and a standing rate, which makes the unanswered question about who compounds them the thing to raise first.
RxSaludable is a Spanish-first telehealth storefront selling compounded injections to a bilingual audience, with an English toggle that carries the same prices. The peptide shelf is a sermorelin injection, an NAD+ injection sold as a 1000 mg vial in 5 mL, and a glutathione injection at 200 mg/mL. The weight shelf is compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, plus a separate microdose GLP-1 line. Prescribing is done by an outside clinical group, and the site says plainly that it neither practices medicine nor operates a pharmacy. What it does not say is which pharmacy fills a sterile injection.
Every peptide panel gives two rungs and four numbers, which is more candor than most of this market manages. Sermorelin reads "Monthly Plan $129first month $189/mo after" and "Best Value 3-Month Plan $109first month $169/mo after". NAD+ runs the same shape at $129 then $189, or $109 then $169. Glutathione is $99 then $159 monthly, or $79 then $139 across three months. The standing rate is the one to compare, and the site prints it beside the promotion rather than instead of it. The GLP-1 side is where two explanations disagree. The semaglutide card says "Starting at $99/mo", the footnote under it scopes that figure to a three-month plan, and the FAQ on the same page calls it a first-month rate with refills at $179. Those are not the same claim. Tirzepatide's "Starting at $169/mo" carries no plan term at all, because the footnote beside it is written about semaglutide.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Two rungs per product and no more: a monthly plan and a three-month plan, with the three-month always badged best value. The prepaid rung is genuine and the footnote says so — the discounted figure applies to a three-month plan paid up front or through a buy-now-pay-later arrangement. What is never printed is the size of that charge. A buyer sees $109 a month and has to multiply to learn what leaves the account on day one. No six-month or twelve-month rung exists anywhere, which keeps the ladder short and the comparison easy.
- Cancellation
- The cancellation terms live in the FAQ rather than in the policy, and the policy is four lines long. Both FAQ answers say the same thing: you can pause or cancel at any time in your account, from the patient dashboard, with no cancellation fee and no long-term contract. The refund page adds only that all sales are final on prescription products, and that a filling error should be raised with support. Neither document sets a notice period, states when a renewal is charged, or says what happens to the unshipped remainder of a three-month plan. The terms do describe auto-renewal, a membership fee and per-consult charges in detail, but they describe them for a testosterone program this site does not sell.

- Free on everything, and stated as free in five places: express, discreet, expedited, and two-day on the NAD+ and glutathione plans. Orders are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours and ship in one to three business days after approval. Syringes, alcohol wipes and a home kit are named as part of the peptide plans rather than sold beside them. No cold-chain or refrigerated-packaging claim appears anywhere. One thing the terms do disclose, which most sellers leave out: medication does not arrive in child-resistant packaging.
