The bill, in one line
The monthly figure on the chart is the one a new buyer is billed, with no consult, membership or shipping line beside it. The costs to understand sit in the prepay terms: a prepaid term is one charge, it renews unless stopped, and leaving early costs $25.
TelePeptide is a cash-pay telehealth platform that takes the payment itself, while a contracted medical group it does not name on the site does the prescribing. Its terms say it neither practices medicine nor dispenses medication, and unnamed partner compounding pharmacies fill and ship each order. On the peptide side it sells NAD+ as a shot, a nasal spray or a tablet dissolved under the tongue. Sermorelin comes as an injection or a sublingual troche, at one price. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come as weekly injections or dissolvable tablets.
Read on the pricing chart, the headline holds for anyone paying month to month. NAD+ is $169 and sermorelin $159, and each program page prints that same monthly billing figure beside its lower annual one. The chart says the price covers the clinician evaluation, the prescription, the medication and shipping. Semaglutide is $199 a month as a weekly injection and $229 as a tablet that melts under the tongue. Tirzepatide is $249 in either form. A microdose GLP-1 line is $149 a month, although its own page says microdose protocols are "priced the same as the standard-dose program". The price is stated not to move with the dose. The pricing FAQ rules out "dose-escalation surcharges" and says the price stays the same if a clinician changes the protocol mid-program. Neither peptide page prints a milligram strength, so a cost per milligram cannot be worked out. Each program page leads with a from figure, $129 for NAD+ and $99 for sermorelin. Both are annual rates, and each page labels them "when you prepay for the year". Payment is by credit or debit card; the FAQ says HSA and FSA cards are not taken yet.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Prepaid terms are the other published option, and each one is billed as a single charge at the start. NAD+ costs $834 for six months or $1,548 for a year, and sermorelin $654 or $1,188, with no three-month term on either. Divided out, that is $139 and $129 a month for NAD+, and $109 and $99 for sermorelin. The sermorelin annual rate sits about 38 percent under its monthly one, and the pricing FAQ itself says a few non-GLP-1 programs save more than the 10 to 15 percent the GLP-1 ones do. The whole year is still committed on day one. Medication keeps shipping on the normal monthly or 90-day fill schedule rather than all at once. The refund policy says prepaid plans renew at the end of their term unless canceled. A year of NAD+ left alone therefore rolls into a second annual charge. The question to ask before prepaying is what that renewal will cost and when it posts.
- Cancellation
- Monthly billing renews on the anniversary of your first charge, and it can be stopped at any time from your account. The refund policy gives the route as the patient portal's Billing tab, then Cancel Subscription, or an email to help@telepeptide.org. Cancellation applies to future cycles, and a confirmation email is promised within one business day. Renewals may be charged up to two days before the renewal date, so a last-day cancellation can miss. The first charge runs about 24 hours after a clinician approves you, and the approval notice includes a link to cancel at no cost before it posts. After it posts, a full refund is available within seven days only if the pharmacy has not yet prepared the medication. Medication delivered in good condition is not refundable, and neither is a completed consultation. Leaving a prepaid plan early refunds the months not yet shipped, less a $25 administrative fee, and only if the request lands before the next pharmacy fulfillment cycle. If a clinician ends treatment for clinical reasons, the unshipped balance is refunded with no fee. One detail is worth settling at intake. The pricing page describes the card authorization as a temporary hold, while the refund policy describes a $0 validation with no hold. Ask which one your bank will actually show.

- Standard shipping is included in every program price, according to the shipping policy, and TelePeptide does not ship anything itself. Its partner compounding pharmacies, none of them named, take one to three business days to process an order. Refrigerated GLP-1 shipments travel overnight or two-day with cold packs. Expedited shipping requested outside the normal cycle may cost extra, quoted in advance. Alaska, Mississippi and PO boxes are excluded.
