Every headline is a six-month rung with a coupon applied. Two of the seller's own pages also disagree on one month. The price holds at every dose. The cancellation notice is either none or two weeks, depending on the page.

The headline differs from the regular rate. The banner says semaglutide starts at $88 and tirzepatide at $125. The homepage chart prints both only in a row headed "With $150 Off First Order", in the six-month column. The chart's regular full-dose row reads $249, $166 and $113 a month for semaglutide. That is one, three and six months. Tirzepatide reads $349, $200 and $150. The plan pages print lower figures. The one-month pages show "Start at" $199 for semaglutide and $249 for tirzepatide. The six-month pages show $88 and $125, the chart's discounted figures. Expect the chart's figure until checkout shows otherwise. Microdoses are cheaper. Semaglutide runs $179, $100 and $75. Tirzepatide runs $249, $126 and $92. Every plan page says "Same price at every dose level". The homepage FAQ says the same. Sermorelin and NAD+ start at $189 a month, as a tablet or an injection. GHK-Cu starts at $139 and B12 at $70. None of those four names a term or a strength.

The membership terms bill at the interval your plan specifies, every four weeks or every calendar month. No plan page says which. Ask what a six-month supply bills on day one.
- Cancellation
- The homepage says cancel anytime. The terms say at least two weeks before the renewal date. The membership terms say any time before the renewal is charged. Cancel from your account in the patient portal, or by email to the care team. A charge already processed is not refunded automatically. After renewal, a refund is discretionary and may lose processing fees. Nothing is refunded once a pharmacy processes the prescription. A patient who is not approved gets a full refund.
