The bill, in one line
The prices are flat and the terms behind them are hard, so what a buyer is agreeing to is fifteen days of notice and no refunds.
Ark Health is a cash-pay telehealth platform with a short, flat catalog: five plans, each priced once, each billed monthly. The peptide entry is an injectable sermorelin. Beside it sit compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as injections, an oral GLP option, and an injectable vitamin blend. The platform itself does not practice medicine, and its footer says so: a named clinical group employs the prescribers. Every plan carries the same four inclusions, and the site repeatedly tells a reader to check the billing terms inside the intake before paying.
The headline holds on all five plans and there is nothing underneath it to find. Sermorelin is "$220 / month", compounded semaglutide "$169 / month" against a struck-through $250, tirzepatide "$249 / month", and the oral GLP option "$125 / month". Each carries the same label, "Bundled treatment plan · Monthly pricing", and the FAQ restates all five figures in one sentence rather than leaving them scattered. What the word bundled covers is never defined on the page. The site's answer is to send you to the intake: review the full plan and billing terms before paying. No dose, strength or quantity appears beside any price, and Ark says why in its own words: the prescription and the pharmacy label determine the formulation, strength, dose, quantity and packaging.

The fine print
- Prepay
- There is no prepay here to weigh up. Every plan is monthly, the footer says plan prices are monthly, and no multi-month price exists on the site. That removes the usual arithmetic entirely, and it is the reason these figures compare cleanly against sellers whose headline is a twelve-month average. The unresolved part is what a bundle contains and how often it ships, because the billing interval behind the word is described only inside the intake.
- Cancellation
- Fifteen days, and the policy repeats it on every product page so nobody can say it was buried. A cancellation request has to reach support by phone or email at least fifteen days before the next order date, and a later one may not stop the charge. Stopping the medication does not stop the subscription. Around that sit unusually flat refund terms: all sales are final, no discretionary refunds, no partial refunds and no cancellation credit, including when the order has not shipped. Paying does not buy a prescription either — a provider deciding treatment is not appropriate does not, on this policy, entitle a buyer to their money back. The terms then describe a second, softer cancellation route through an account that the refund policy never mentions.

- Free on eligible orders, and the hedge in that phrase is never explained. The shipping policy is six lines: free expedited shipping on eligible orders, dispatch after medical review and prescription fulfillment, and delivery estimated two to three days after shipment. Ark is unusually careful to head off the obvious misreading, spelling out that the estimate runs from shipment rather than from the order. There is no cold-chain claim, but the FAQ does tell a buyer what to do without one. Contact the dispensing pharmacy or the prescriber before using a temperature-sensitive medication that arrives warm, and do not assume it is safe.
