The bill, in one line

Tirzepatide can be priced by the dose before you pay, and each 30-day price has a 90-day rung under it. The weak part is everything after checkout: the subscribe discount covers only the first order, and the notice needed to cancel ranges from none to two weeks depending on the page.

An online storefront, governed by Utah law, that sells prescription products through a Shopify checkout, with the medical intake sent after you pay. The compounded line covers tirzepatide, semaglutide, liraglutide, a tirzepatide microdose and two oral drop products, beside sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione. Brand Zepbound and Wegovy are sold as memberships, with the drug bought separately at a pharmacy.

The headline and the bill differ by a few dollars, because most product pages open with their Subscription Plan already selected. Tirzepatide at 2.2 mg reads $244 with $249 struck. That $5 is a first-order discount, which the block labels "Initial discount is $5.00", so the monthly figure to plan around is the $249 one-time price. The tirzepatide ladder is the useful part. A 30-day supply costs $249 at 2.2 mg, $319 at 4.4 mg, $379 at 7 mg, $409 at 10 mg and $459 at 13 mg. Each dose also has a 90-day price, from $695 to $1,225, and a 12-week new-patient starter steps 2.2 to 4.4 to 7 mg for $749. Semaglutide is sold at any dose, and the page disagrees with itself on the price. The price box shows $275 once, or $270 for a first subscription order, while its Dose selector labels the same plan "Monthly Subscription (Any Dose) - $295". Budget for $295 until checkout shows otherwise. Liraglutide is $395 a month for a 3 mL vial at 6 mg/mL, with larger vials also listed. Subscribing takes 5% off the first order only, which brings that one charge to $375.25. The tirzepatide microdose is $195 for an 8-week supply, while its refill page charges $245 and describes each month. The peptides are priced by the vial, with no supply period. Sermorelin is $195 for a 3 mL vial at 1000 mcg/mL. Glutathione is $195 for a 30 mL vial at 200 mg/mL. NAD+ is $245 for 1200 mg or $395 for 2000 mg. Each takes $5 or 5% off a first subscription order. Two nasal sprays sit beside them. NAD+ is $145 for a 12 mL bottle the page estimates at about eight weeks. Glutathione is $195 for 12 mL, with no supply period stated. Brand Zepbound is a $95 monthly membership for the prescription service alone. The page puts the drug itself at $349 to $499 a month, paid to the pharmacy.

Every price, in the seller’s own unit

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print

Prepay
Paying ahead is the other published option, and it is optional on every GLP-1. Tirzepatide's 90-day rungs save between $52 at 2.2 mg and $182 at 4.4 mg against three 30-day orders at the listed prices. Semaglutide's 90-day program is $750, and its 10-week starter for new patients is $395. A prepaid order is still governed by the no-refund rules below, so it pays to be sure of the dose first.
Cancellation
Each page you meet on the way gives a different answer. Product pages say "Pay month-to-month. Cancel whenever you like." and the homepage says plans can be canceled at any time. The terms are stricter: cancel "with TWO WEEKS NOTICE by emailing" support or by texting the practitioner line, and GLP-1 patients sign a monthly membership needing the same two weeks. The refund policy instead asks for at least 7 days before the next billing cycle, and the FAQ says an order can be canceled only before processing begins. Refunds are narrower still. The terms say none are issued once a payment is processed, and the refund policy calls a billed cycle non-refundable. You are refunded in full if the provider does not approve you, and the brand memberships become non-refundable the moment the intake is submitted. To be safe, contact support by email or text at least two weeks before a renewal.
Shipping
Shipping is free on every prescription order, which the FAQ states for all orders and the footer sets at $75 and up. How fast it moves depends on the page: product pages say most orders process in 5 to 7 business days and ship overnight. The FAQ says 3 to 5, and the shipping policy says 1 to 2 after approval. Supplies such as needles and syringes are listed in the box for the injectables. Prescriptions are filled by Strive Compounding Pharmacy, which the terms name.

FAQ

4 questions

What does compounded tirzepatide cost?

It depends on the weekly dose: $249 for 30 days at 2.2 mg, rising to $459 at 13 mg, with $5 off the first order if you subscribe. Plan on every later order costing the one-time price. Each dose also has a 90-day price, from $695 to $1,225.

How much notice does canceling take?

The terms ask for two weeks by email or text, the refund policy asks for seven days before the billing cycle, and product pages say you can cancel whenever you like. Give two weeks to be safe.

Can I get a refund?

Only if the provider does not approve you, in which case the refund is full. Once a payment has been processed the terms rule out refunds, and dispensed prescriptions cannot be returned.

How long does a sermorelin or NAD+ vial last?

Not stated. The pages give the strength and volume, such as a 3 mL sermorelin vial at 1000 mcg/mL, but no schedule, so the monthly cost depends on what the provider prescribes.
