The bill, in one line
The amount on each product page is the amount checkout bills, with shipping and the physician evaluation listed as included rather than added on. Nothing is prepaid, and stopping a refill takes no phone call. What the buyer carries is the timing: payment comes before review, and after approval nothing is refundable.
A cash-pay subscription service for men, run by EdgeRx Health, LLC from an address on Broadway in New York. Sermorelin, NAD+, glutathione and PT-141 come as troches, tablets or nasal sprays, and GHK-Cu as a scalp solution. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are weekly injections, and Strive Pharmacy, a 503A pharmacy, is named as the compounder. Oxytocin, two PT-141 combination tablets, two testosterone-support tablets and a lipotropic shot round out the catalog.
Each peptide page carries two figures: a bold Founder's price and, on the line below, a standard price struck through. The checkout order summary bills the Founder's price and says it renews every month until canceled, so that is the figure ranked here. No page gives an end date for the Founder's price or says what replaces it later. Sermorelin is $149 a month as a 600 mcg troche or as a 1,000 mcg per mL spray, against a struck $199. NAD+ costs $119 as a 12 mL spray and $175 for thirty 200 mg tablets. Glutathione is $99 as a 15 mL spray and $109 for thirty 250 mg troches. PT-141 runs $189 as a 5 mL spray and $99 for eight 1 mg troches. The GHK-Cu scalp solution is $175 for a 50 mL bottle. The two GLP-1 injections have no Founder's price. Semaglutide is $199 a month and tirzepatide $225, and checkout bills exactly those amounts. Both pages say the physician steps the dose up over time, and neither says whether the monthly price moves with it. Across the catalog the headline holds: the page figure is the amount due, and the order summary lists shipping as free and a $20 provider evaluation as included. The terms add one caveat, that the final amount charged may vary with the medication prescribed and the pharmacy that fills it. One product breaks the monthly pattern. MICC, a lipotropic shot rather than a peptide, is labeled $39 a month but bills $79 every two months, which is $39.50 a month.

- There is no prepaid plan to weigh here. Every product is billed monthly at checkout and renews each month, and no product page offers a multi-month bundle or a discount for committing longer. The only early money is the first charge, which lands at checkout before the medical questionnaire has even been filled in.
- Cancellation
- The order runs in a set sequence: you pay at checkout, then complete a questionnaire of about five minutes, and a physician reviews it, usually within a day. If the physician declines, the FAQ and the checkout page both promise the charge back in full. Once a protocol is approved there is no refund, because the order is compounded for you, and the FAQ and shipping page both say so. To stop the next refill, pause or cancel from your account, or through the manage link in any order email, before that refill processes. The FAQ promises no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment, though an order already sent to the pharmacy cannot be stopped. The terms add that consultation fees are non-refundable, which sits uneasily beside the checkout promise of a full refund when the provider does not prescribe.
