The bill, in one line
There is a version of this that would be straightforwardly misleading, and ElleS is not quite it: every card lists the plan lengths it offers and states, immediately above the price, that the figure is the twelve-month one. What it never does on those nine products is print what a single month costs, and the intake asks for your name and email before going further. Six other products list one plan length only, and on those the price you see is the price you pay.
A cash-pay telehealth service selling across weight loss, hair loss, longevity and sexual health. The peptide catalog is fifteen products: compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide as injections and capsules, a four-product microdose line, NAD+ as an injection, a nasal spray and flex-dose tablets, sermorelin as an injection and an ODT, glutathione, and PT-141.
Prices rendered and read September 2026. The headline differs from the monthly rate on nine of fifteen products, and the card tells you so if you read the line above the figure. Those nine run a four-rung ladder of one, three, six and twelve months, and the printed figure is the twelve-month rung. Semaglutide is $269 injected and $299 as capsules, tirzepatide $359 and $349. NAD+ is $249 in each of its three forms, and sermorelin $249 in each of its two. What a single month costs is not published on the card, inside the product panel, or on the intake landing screen, and the intake asks for a name and an email at step one. The other six are the same tell in reverse, and they are the reason this seller is not simply opaque. Glutathione, PT-141 and the four microdose products list one plan length only and say Max Savings with 1 month plan, so their figures are genuinely monthly. Glutathione is $109 and PT-141 $199, with the microdose line at $179 or $199 depending on the molecule. PT-141 at $199 is the one row ranked here, because it is the only full-dose product on the site whose published figure is a month-to-month rate. Glutathione would qualify on price, but the site never states whether it is an injection, a spray or a cream, and a guessed form would put it on the wrong board.

A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. - Prepaying is not presented as an option here so much as a default. On nine products the rate paid up front is what the card publishes, and no other figure appears beside it. The ladder itself looks conventional, one to twelve months with the discount rising as the term does, and the twelve-month rung is what every one of those cards advertises. Since the one-month figure is never shown, there is no way to work out what the commitment is actually buying you, which is the calculation the break-even tool on this site exists to do.
