Hone is a cash-pay online clinic for hormones, weight and longevity, and its prescribers belong to physician-owned medical groups under the Broad Health name. The peptide shelf is short: sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione by injection, and PT-141 with separate pages for men and women. Compounded liraglutide is its one GLP-1. The headline differs from the bill on every peptide page, because each figure is the medication alone and the membership is charged beside it. The terms add that the dispensing pharmacies set their own medication prices. - There is no prepay to weigh here, because the membership is billed monthly and the how-it-works page calls it month-to-month. The one up-front charge is the first biomarker test, which comes before any prescription. The product pages print it as $65 with $165 struck through, and the membership table prices the Basic route at $25 plus a $25 onboarding fee.
- Cancellation
- The membership can be canceled at any time, and the terms say the account then closes at the end of the current billing period. To stop it you use the cancellation link in the terms, or contact support by phone or email. Fees already paid to Hone or its medical practices are not refunded. The terms add that the lab decides its own refunds, so a drawn test may not come back even if nothing is prescribed. A separate clause asks for fifteen days' notice before a scheduled payment to revoke automatic billing.
