HealthRX is a cash-pay telehealth marketplace. It sells sermorelin, NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray, glutathione and PT-141. It also sells compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide. Independent licensed providers prescribe, and a licensed 503A pharmacy fills each order. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
The headline is the subscription rate, and it matches the bill. A one-time month of sermorelin costs $199 instead. NAD+ injection is $161 a month for 1,000 mg. That works out to about $0.16 per milligram. On semaglutide, the first month is $149 and each month after is $165.

- Prepaid subscriptions cut the sermorelin rate. Every 3 months is $483, or $161 a month. Every 6 months is $913, or $152. Every 12 months is $1,719, or $143 a month. Each is billed up front and renews until canceled.
