The bill, in one line
The bill is printed in full on every page. The monthly label beside it is not always right. On the three eight-week lines it runs low. Shipping and the consult sit inside the charge. Cancel after paying but before review, and $99 comes off the refund.
EllieMD LLC sells from elliemd.com and takes the payment. It calls itself a technology platform, not a clinic. It says it does not treat, prescribe or dispense. Its terms name five medical groups: MDIntegrations, Prescribery, SamaritanMD, Wizlo and Arora Health. CLOVERx pharmacy fills the orders. Six peptide lines carry a price here. Sermorelin comes as an injection and as capsules. NAD+ comes as an injection and a nasal spray. Glutathione and PT-141 are injections. A weight-loss line sells GLP-1 and GLP-1/GIP as injections and oral drops. Sales run through brand partners paid up to 40% on every sale.
Prices read September 2026. Each product page prints two numbers. A "/month" line sits above the actual charge. The charge is the bill. Sermorelin injection is $645 every 16 weeks. The capsules are $837 on the same cycle. Glutathione is $398 every 10 weeks. NAD+ injection is $350 every 8 weeks. The NAD+ spray is $478 every 8 weeks. PT-141 is $438 every 8 weeks. The "/month" line is that bill divided into months. The divisor is not always right. Eight weeks is 1.84 calendar months, not two. So NAD+ injection costs $190 a month, not the printed $175. The spray costs $260, not $239. PT-141 costs $238, not $219. Those three rank at the converted figure. The long cycles differ the other way. Sermorelin prints $215 a month on a 16-week bill. Sixteen weeks is 3.68 calendar months, so the math gives $175. Four of those weeks are a prescribed break with no medicine. Glutathione prints $199 against a 10-week bill, which works out to $173. Neither ranks below its own page. Two lines state a quantity. Glutathione ships two 10 mL vials at 200 mg/mL, 4,000 mg in all. The NAD+ spray is one 25 mL bottle, 30 mg per 0.1 mL spray. Weight loss is priced by the month. GLP-1/GIP injection is $299 a month, $897 for a 12-week supply. The oral drops are $379 for GLP-1/GIP and $299 for GLP-1. The single-agonist "GLP-1" never names its drug. It carries no price here.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Every peptide order is paid up front for the whole cycle. The page timeline reads "Day 1 · Billed, order ships". No peptide page offers a one-month option. Among the six priced lines, the smallest prepay is $350 for eight weeks of NAD+. The largest is $837 for sixteen weeks of sermorelin capsules. Three ways exist to spread a charge. Klarna and PayPal both show at checkout. EllieMD's own payment plan splits a cart into three monthly payments. It adds a flat 6% of the cart, spread across the three. A missed installment can draw a late fee of up to $25. A failed subscription payment draws a $30 late fee after three days. Weight-loss plans carry a three-month minimum. The buyer owes the full minimum, paid at once or in installments.
- Cancellation
- Cancel in your account under Manage Subscription, or through support. It must land at least 48 hours before the next order. Later than that, the next cycle is charged. Stopping mid-cycle does not refund the current one. The returns policy adds that cancellation "is not guaranteed after an order is placed". Refunds depend on where the order sits. Before it reaches a provider or pharmacy, the refund comes back minus a $99 administrative cancellation fee. Once the pharmacy processes it, nothing is refunded. A provider may find you ineligible. Then the product payment is refunded in full. Prescriptions need renewing. Sermorelin needs a new one after two refills or a year. The other peptide lines allow five or six refills first.

- Free. The shipping policy says the subscription covers shipping and the consultation. Orders go out on 2-day shipping. Most arrive within 1 to 5 business days of shipping. PO boxes, APO addresses and military bases are excluded. Glutathione ships with alcohol wipes and syringes.
