The bill, in one line
The monthly figures are what you pay. Sermorelin is $179, NAD+ $179, glutathione $149, with no fee on top. Two things cost you. The big headline number is a prepaid rate. And every sale is final.
A cash-pay telehealth storefront. Idgie Health is a trade name of Feel Better Health Group, a management company. Sermorelin comes as an injection or a troche, and NAD+ as an injection or nasal spray. Glutathione is an injection, and GHK-Cu a cream. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide come as weekly shots, as microdoses and as dissolving tablets. Each product bills monthly or quarterly. A few also bill every six months.
Every figure below is the one-month plan, billed monthly. The provider evaluation, supplies, messaging and shipping are inside it. Sermorelin injection $179. Sermorelin troche $147 at 300 mcg, $157 at 500 mcg. NAD+ injection $179. NAD+ nasal spray $175. Glutathione injection $149. GHK-Cu cream $145 at 2%, $179 at 4%. Weight plans: semaglutide $149, its microdose $134. Tirzepatide $229, its microdose $179. Either dissolving tablet is $287. The large figure at the top of each page is not that rate. Sermorelin reads "From $159", a price reached only by paying three months up front. The monthly plan sits one line below it. Strength moves the price on two products. The 500 mcg troche costs $10 more than the 300 mcg. The 4% cream costs $34 more than the 2%. Semaglutide is the one page that says "all doses". No injection prints a dose or a vial size. Cost per milligram cannot be worked out.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Three-month plans are prepaid and renew every three months. Sermorelin by injection is "$479 billed today, then every 3 months". That works out to $159 a month, $58 under three monthly payments. NAD+ injections and standard semaglutide and tirzepatide add a six-month plan. One label is wrong. The six-month NAD+ plan reads "$154 /mo" and "save $147". It bills $960. Divided by six, that is $160 a month, and $114 under six monthly payments. The refund policy returns nothing on a change of mind. A prepaid quarter is money committed.
- Cancellation
- Each product page says "Pause or cancel anytime". None says how. The site publishes no cancellation steps for these plans. The terms do list phone, email and account routes, but under a separate testosterone program's membership. Refunds are narrow. The policy reads "all sales are final". The one exception is an error in filling the prescription, raised by email at support@idgiehealth.com.
- Shipping
- Free, and inside the plan price. Product pages promise dispatch within 2 business days of approval, in temperature-controlled packaging, with tracking by email. The injection plans list supplies as included. The standalone shipping policy disagrees in places. It quotes 2 to 3 business days to process and 4 to 12 in transit. It also says shipping charges are "calculated and displayed at checkout". Lost or damaged parcels go to the carrier as a claim. Nothing ships outside the U.S.
