Inner Balance, priced

Inner Balance’s NAD+ and Libida headlines are starting figures. Its own supply breakdown distinguishes one-month subscriptions from longer purchases, and neither product qualifies for the advertised money-back guarantee.

The bill, in one line

Get a term-specific quote before comparing the monthly headline. The important financial question is what will be collected now and at renewal. A general guarantee banner does not refund these two products.

The relevant Inner Balance purchases are a compounded NAD+ sublingual tablet and Libida, a dissolving combination of bremelanotide and oxytocin. The platform also sells hormone and skincare treatment, with different supply and guarantee rules. Inner Balance, LLC collects subscription fees through a payment processor under the published contract. Medication may be included within the chosen prescription subscription, but additional prescriptions can create additional charges. The public pages do not name the pharmacy for a particular order.

The dedicated NAD+ page starts at $183 per month, and the Libida page displays a $99.70 monthly starting amount. Neither headline alone establishes a cancellable one-month purchase. A separate article on the same website lists Libida at $199 for ten tablets supplied for one month and charged monthly. It also lists $249 for twenty tablets every two months and $299 for thirty tablets every three months. These are different upfront payments, not three interchangeable monthly bills. The same article lists NAD+ subscriptions starting at $199 for a thirty-day supply and a $229 one-time purchase. The dedicated product’s lower starting amount needs reconciliation with the selected plan. These public descriptions establish a pricing question, not a completed checkout amount. Ask for the one-month payment, full upfront total, supplied quantity and next renewal amount together.

The fine print

Prepay
Inner Balance’s contract permits fees collected monthly, every two months or every three months. Longer prescription purchases are billed for their full supply period. The Libida supply breakdown makes that distinction concrete: a three-month purchase is not the one-month subscription simply because its average looks lower. Do not apply Oestra’s separate ninety-day shipment arrangement to a Libida or NAD+ order. Save the selected plan terms before paying, including whether a promotional reduction survives renewal.
Cancellation
To stop a subscription, log into the secure account and contact the care team. The public terms do not give a common advance-notice cutoff for these two products. Ask when the next payment or fill becomes committed. The refund policy explicitly excludes Libida and NAD+, as well as labs, supplements and third-party services. Its Oestra six-month guarantee and qualifying skincare guarantee therefore cannot support a refund expectation for these purchases. Refund requests are not automatic on cancellation. The contract also reserves ongoing service charges when a prescription is filled at an outside pharmacy, with that pharmacy’s bill paid separately.
Shipping
Both relevant product pages advertise free shipping, and the NAD+ plan describes discreet delivery from a U.S. 503A pharmacy. The general FAQ gives three to five business days after shipment for most U.S. orders. That is an estimate after dispatch, not a guaranteed interval from paying or completing an intake. The chosen dispensing location is not established publicly. Confirm who sends the parcel, the storage instructions, and how a delayed or incorrect delivery is handled. A shipping promise does not establish refund eligibility.

FAQ

3 questions

Does a $99.70 Libida headline establish a one-month payment?

No. The public article separately lists a $199 one-month subscription and lower monthly equivalents for longer supplies. Request the selected plan’s full payment schedule.

Can the NAD+ starting figure be treated as a checkout quote?

No. The product page starts at $183 monthly, while an own-site article describes subscriptions starting at $199 for thirty days. Confirm the current plan, supply and renewal charge.

Can I get the advertised guarantee on these prescriptions?

The policy expressly excludes NAD+ and Libida. Guarantee terms for Oestra and certain skincare purchases do not transfer to them.
