The bill, in one line
The doctor consult and the injection supplies sit inside each charge, and no membership is added on top of it. What moves the bill is the cycle, because thirteen four-week charges a year turn a $220.50 sermorelin plan into about $239 a calendar month. Shipping has no published price until an address is entered, and a first order stops being refundable once a clinician starts reviewing it.
Invigor sells from tryinvigor.com under the name Try Invigor, and its terms identify the operator as Ikon Health LLC of Kennewick, Washington. The same terms name Dr Telx LLC as the medical group whose clinicians prescribe, and GoGo Meds and Tailor Made Compounding Pharmacy as the dispensing pharmacies. The peptide lines are sermorelin, NAD+ and glutathione, each as an injection or a sublingual tablet, plus PT-141 by injection. Four compounded GLP-1 plans sit beside them, along with hormone, erectile and hair products this site does not price.
Every plan page prints a single “Starting at” figure with “Includes doctor consult and supplies” beneath it. Treat that figure as a floor rather than the bill, because the checkout page for each plan adds the strength and the billing cycle. The cycle comes first. Sermorelin, NAD+, PT-141, the sublingual lines and all four GLP-1 plans are billed “every 4 weeks”, which works out to thirteen charges in a calendar year rather than twelve. On that count the 8 mg sermorelin vial at $220.50 comes to about $238.88 a calendar month, and PT-141 at $280 to about $303. Size is the second variable. The sermorelin checkout offers an 8 mg vial at $220.50, a 15 mg vial at $270.50 and a 20 mg vial at $310.50. NAD+ injection is a 5 ml vial holding 1000 mg at $340, with a 10 ml, 2000 mg vial at $400 that is not sold in California. Whichever size the clinician prescribes sets the charge, so the plan-page figure describes only the smallest one. Two checkouts also run 50 cents above their own plan pages: sermorelin injection reads $220 on the page and $220.50 at checkout, and sublingual NAD+ reads $209 and $209.50. The sublingual lines state their quantities as well, with 30 tablets of 1 mg sermorelin at $192.50, 30 of 100 mg NAD+ at $209.50 and 30 of 250 mg glutathione at $155. Glutathione injection breaks the four-week pattern. Its checkout bills a 10 ml vial at 200 mg/ml for “$ 155.00 every 2 months”, while the plan page reads “Starting at $155” and a blog widget reads “As low as $155/Mo”. It is ranked here at $155 a month, the higher of those readings, rather than as a two-month average. The GLP-1 checkouts name neither a molecule nor a strength. “Compounded GLP-1 + GIP Subscription” is $350 every four weeks, and its plan page lists injection site reactions, so it is priced here as tirzepatide. The single-agonist “Compounded GLP-1” plan never says which drug or form it is, so it carries no price on this site.

The fine print

- Most lines are billed every four weeks with no upfront commitment, and the plan pages promise “Flexible, no-commitment treatment plans”. The three sublingual lines carry one other published option, a 90-count supply billed every three months. Oral sermorelin is $555.50 a quarter against $192.50 every four weeks, oral NAD+ is $539 against $209.50, and oral glutathione is $435 against $155. Spread across three calendar months, those quarterly charges come to about $185, $180 and $145 a month, below the four-week rate on each line. The trade-off sits in the terms, which rule out refunds for a partly used subscription period, so stopping early forfeits the rest of that quarter.
- Cancellation
- The terms, last updated May 26, 2026, give three ways to stop a subscription: an email to support@InvigorMedical.com, a call to 1-888-966-4854, or the online account. The request has to arrive at least seven days before the renewal processing date, and cancellation then takes effect at the end of the current period. After a renewal notification has gone out, the terms narrow this to a phone call, so stopping that refill means contacting Invigor by phone. Staff then check whether the order has advanced, and one already in practitioner review, prescription processing or pharmacy fulfillment can be neither canceled nor refunded. A first order follows the same logic, since a request must come before the prescription reaches the practitioner’s queue. The buyer is given no way to see where that queue stands. The terms also allow the first renewal to be charged early, and later shipments to be charged up to two days early. Delivery problems have to be reported within 48 hours through the site’s claim form.

The terms add that the buyer pays “any shipping and handling charges, if any, shown at the time you make a purchase”.
