The bill, in one line
The $129 on the NAD+ page is half the bill. Membership is $75 a month and cannot be declined, so a month starts at $204.
Ivím Health is a membership clinic that sells medication only to its members. Weight loss is the big half of the menu. It runs compounded semaglutide, compounded tirzepatide, a microdosing program and an oral GLP-1. The brand shelf sits beside them, from Ozempic through Zepbound and the Wegovy Pill. The smaller half is where the peptides sit. NAD+ is a weekly injection. Sermorelin is a dissolvable tablet, and the page is explicit about the route: "Unlike injections, it dissolves easily under the tongue." B12, a lipotropic shot and a long supplement rack fill out the rest. A banner across every page reads "Coming Soon: Peptide Therapies – Join the waitlist today", so the shelf is due to grow.
Every price here is a floor with a fee under it. NAD+ prints "1 Month Price $129 + $75/mo Membership" and sermorelin prints "$129 + $75/mo Membership", so the plus sign is doing the work. The membership page splits the bill into two cards and prices them separately: "Membership $75/mo" beside "Medication STARTING AT $75/mo", under the line "Medication costs vary based on your individualized treatment plan." That $75 medication tier is the microdosing ladder's six-month rung, where compounded semaglutide reads "6 months $75 /mo" and tirzepatide "$133 /mo". Then the fee changes size. Four pages call the same membership "$74.99/ month", and the microdosing ladder itemizes it as "+ $74.99 /mo Program fee". One fee, two published figures, both current. The NAD+ page also carries a sentence that contradicts its own price tag: "Already an Ivím member? NAD+ is included with your membership."

The fine print
- Prepay
- The peptides have a genuine one-month rung, which is rarer here than it sounds. NAD+ is $129 for one month, or a prepaid block of "$74.50/mo billed as $149 upfront" for two. The GLP-1 programs have no monthly rung at all. They are sold as two, four or six-month programs, and a lower per-month figure needs a longer one. The terms then cap what arrives per shipment. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are "dispensed in increments of no more than 56 days (two 28-day months) per shipment", paid in advance or not.
- Cancellation
- Two documents give two rules, and one of them says canceling is not possible. The membership agreement's §2.4 states "your membership cannot be canceled mid-term, and you are contractually obligated to pay all remaining fees for the full duration of the program selected". Its §3.1 then describes how to cancel. Use the site's FAQ instructions, or text or email support. The deadline is "at least 48 hours in advance from the timing of your membership renewal". Contact either way and the money stays put. All prescribed medications are non-refundable "regardless of usage, program duration, or cancellation of membership", and unshipped medication is refunded less "an administrative/restocking fee of $100 for each undeveloped three-month portion of your plan or $50 for each undeveloped two-month portion". That last fee is waived for a buyer a provider rules medically ineligible.
- Shipping
- No shipping charge is published on any product page, program page or the returns policy. None is counted here. The returns policy does publish one window. A damaged or missing box must be reported in 72 hours. It takes an order number, a tracking number and photographs. Refrigeration is not mentioned anywhere, and no carrier or transit time is named.
