LaSara Medical Group, priced
A subscription price sits a little under the one-time price on every product. On several pages a second price bar disagrees with both.

Sermorelin nasal spray
Totals are our arithmetic from the seller’s published figures. The seller states no amount for hormone panel, so none is counted.
The bill, in one line
The sermorelin nasal spray is $199 a month on subscription, and that figure agrees everywhere it appears on its page. Elsewhere the page's own numbers often disagree with each other, three peptides are sold in week counts, and nothing on the site says how to cancel or what a refund covers.
LaSara is a California clinic selling nationally by telehealth, with a wide peptide shelf. Sermorelin comes as a nasal spray or an injection, NAD+ the same two ways, glutathione as troches or an injection, and GHK-Cu as troches or a cream. Bremelanotide comes as a nasal spray, troches and vials, beside oxytocin troches. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are injected weekly, and tirzepatide is also sold as a transdermal Hypospray at the injection's price.
Most product pages print a subscription price above a slightly higher one-time price, and then longer plans below both. Compounded semaglutide is $289 a month on subscription against $299 for a single month. Tirzepatide is $379 against $399, and the Hypospray matches it rung for rung. The sermorelin nasal spray is $199 on subscription or $249 once, for a 4 mL bottle at 200 mcg per 0.1 mL. GHK-Cu troches are $144 a month at 15 mg each, one every other day. Glutathione troches are $135 a month at 250 mg. The headline does not always hold, because many pages carry a sticky price bar that disagrees with the plan list above it. Semaglutide's bar reads $299 a month on subscription. The NAD+ spray's bar reads $350, against plans that start at $265. NAD+ by injection is the clearest case. Its page prints $248 for a month on subscription, $150 for a one-time month and $225 on the bar. The one-time ladder of $150, $275 and $375 is the glutathione troche ladder, figure for figure. This site carries the $248 subscription. Three products bill by weeks rather than months. Sermorelin injection is $242 per six weeks on subscription. Spread over calendar months, this site ranks it at about $175, a figure LaSara never prints. Its own dosing panel says one 10 mL vial lasts exactly 10 weeks, yet the plans come in six-week steps. The NAD+ spray is $265 per eight weeks, labeled $132.50 a month. Spread over calendar months it comes to about $144, which is what this site ranks. The 16-week option is labeled $222.50 a month. Glutathione injection is $135 per five weeks, which this site ranks at about $117 a calendar month. A sitewide code takes 15% off through October 31, and every product page offers to let you pay over time.
Every price, in the seller’s own unit
A per-vial price stays per vial. A calendar-month figure appears only where the seller’s unit carries one, and a cost per milligram only where the seller states how much the unit holds. Where the seller bills by the four-week fill or the package, or leaves a required fee outside its price, the calendar-month figure is our arithmetic and is marked as ours.

The fine print
- Prepay
- Prepaid plans are optional on the GLP-1s. Semaglutide is $849 for three months, $1,495 for six and $2,795 for twelve, which the page shows as $283, $249.17 and $232.92 a month. Tirzepatide is $1,100, $1,995 and $3,895. Each is charged as one sum, so the lower monthly figure is only reached by paying for the whole term at the start. The peptides offer two- and three-month subscriptions as the other published option, and the 18-week sermorelin plan is sold only on subscription. The about page says FSA and HSA funds are accepted and CareCredit covers longer payment plans.
- Cancellation
- Every product page says you can cancel or pause anytime, and the site publishes no cancellation steps beyond that phrase. The terms and conditions do not fill the gap. They are an unedited website template that calls the company This Practice, carries a 2022 copyright belonging to a software vendor, and contain no clause on billing, renewal, refunds or cancellation.
- Shipping
- The weight-loss page promises free shipping to your door, and the gonadorelin page promises free delivery on all orders, with an asterisk that has no footnote. The semaglutide page counts delivery among what its subscription includes. No page prints a carrier or a delivery time, and the terms say nothing about shipping.

FAQ
5 questionsWhat does LaSara's sermorelin nasal spray cost a month?
$199 on a monthly subscription, or $249 for a single month bought once. The bottle is 4 mL at 200 mcg per 0.1 mL, which the page says lasts a month.
Why does the NAD+ injection page show three prices?
It prints $248 for a month on subscription, $150 for a one-time month and $225 on the price bar. The one-time ladder matches the glutathione troche ladder exactly, so this site carries the $248.
What does a month of LaSara's sermorelin injection cost?
LaSara never prices a month. It sells six-week supplies at $242 on subscription, which this site converts to about $175 a calendar month.
How do I cancel a LaSara subscription?
The product pages say you can cancel or pause anytime, but the site publishes no steps, and its terms contain no cancellation or refund clause.
Does the FALL15 code change these prices?
Only until it expires. It takes 15% off sitewide and the homepage says it ends October 31, so the figures on this page are the standing prices.
